2018 F-250 Without Heat, Defrost or AC The service department on the 2018 FORD F-250 4x4 had overlooked the vehicle safety issue of heater, defrost and AC not working. Pollen filter was c The service department on the 2018 FORD F-250 4x4 had overlooked the vehicle safety issue of heater, defrost and AC not working. Pollen filter was clogged, parts missing and full of trash and wire nuts. Midway Ford in Kansas City MO did $1800+ in repairs due to dash needing to be removed and parts added. My driver had to drive from Arlington to KC in 14 degree weather with Ice and snow. Very dangerous to him and other drivers. Had to pull off and wait overnight until weather conditions improved and purchase 12v heaters to keep travel tolerable. Invoice has been paid to Midway Ford and submitted for request to reimburse Isotech Inc for the critical safety and operational repairs. . More
Great service department. Staff is friendly. Service member and service director know what they are doing. Technicians are well educated. I asked the service manager a question, and he told me he’d never worked on cars and didn’t know. Then told me he’s the service member because he is good friends with the owner. Do not take your vehicle to Waxahachie Dodge or buy from them, go see Mary, Tim, our Shannon at Don Davis and they’ll get your vehicle fixed correctly. More

We went to several different delearships and we finally found the perfect one. I had an amazing experience thanks to Nick. He was very helpful, reliable and honest. We decided to seal the deal because of the trust and confidence we had in Nick. We knew he wasn't trying to screw us over like most delearships. I recommend Nick as your salesman, you will NOT be dissapointed. I am now a VERY HAPPY owner of a Jeep Wrangler :) More
Finished strong I titled my review "Finished Strong" because my initial experience with the service center was a bit upsetting. I called in the morning to let them kn I titled my review "Finished Strong" because my initial experience with the service center was a bit upsetting. I called in the morning to let them know I needed to take my car in to take care of two recalls on it. During the phone conversation, the woman I spoke to told me that if I could take my car in now it could possibly be ready by the end of the day. I let her know that I was at work and couldn't drop off my car. She advised me that I could bring my car in and their courtesy shuttle could take me back to work. I proceeded to tell her that I had an upcoming 30 minute break beginning at 10:30 am. I told her that I could arrive at the dealership by 10:45, but I would need to be brought back to work immediately as I'd have to be back to work by 11:00 am. She said she would let the shuttle service know upon hanging up with me so that they would be ready to go as soon as I arrived. I arrived at the service center at 10:30 am (15 minutes sooner) because I had asked my boss if I could leave 15 earlier for lunch because of what I had to do with my car, However, when I asked for the shuttle I was told that they were out on a delivery and wouldn't be available until 1:00 pm. When I confronted my service adviser about the situation, all he had to say was that he was told by the woman I had spoken to on the phone that I didn't have to be at work until 1:00 pm. Not once had I mentioned 1:00 pm during our phone conversation earlier. In fact, I distinctly remember telling here that I am a school teacher and my lunch break is only 30 minutes long... from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. That's why she told me she would relay that information immediately to the shuttle service. Apparently there was some major miscommunication among them and someone dropped the ball. Needless to say, because I didn't have a ride back to work I had to turn around, get back in my own car, and drive back to work. Not only did this cause me to lose my lunch break, but I was made to look bad in the eyes of my boss because she actually questioned me as to why I didn't drop off my car even after having an extra 15 minutes for my lunch break. Aside from this unfortunate issue, I returned to the dealership the next morning. I was shuttled to and from work with no issues, my vehicle was fixed, and my service adviser was professional and easy to work with. More
