Mark Drexel is rude, unprofessional, and a liar. I called him and lift several voicemails, he never returned my calls. He was instructed by Richie to order a radio for my 2022 Ram he lied to my fa I called him and lift several voicemails, he never returned my calls. Very disappointed in my last service appointment due to my service advisor. I was there for over 2 hours for an oil change and when I got up to check, my vehicle was outside already completed and nobody ha my service advisor.
