Made and appointment and then was asked if I could leave my vehicle for a week to fix a very simple issue that I diagnosed myself (Small speaker on driver side dash squeaks constantly when driving). Not to my vehicle for a week to fix a very simple issue that I diagnosed myself (Small speaker on driver side dash squeaks constantly when driving). Not to mention there are never any loaner cars available. What am I suppose to do, go rent another vehicle for a week and incur more expenses/wasted time when the problem could be fixed in 5 minutes?? Luckily Mary was able to get the service department to look at the issue the same day. However, I did have to leave the vehicle from 10am-4pm. When I picked up the vehicle the issue was fixed for about 1 day and then returned even worse. Now I have to start the entire process over again. This is not the type of service I would expect for someone who just purchased a 100k RAM TRX. More

I was very satified with my experience at the service department. Cesar was great to work with. He kept me informed regarding the status of my truck, as it was there for a little more than a week. But I had quite a few recall items that had to be addressed, in addition to 3 or 4 other repairs.
