He was great at arrival! I was there for a recall and inspection. I was told it would take an hour to hour and half. I called to check and was told that my vehicle could not I was there for a recall and inspection. I was told it would take an hour to hour and half. I called to check and was told that my vehicle could not be inspected because no insurance was in the car. I get that. However, I have it on my phone. My biggest complaint is that Clarence went to lunch before even contacting me that my insurance was a problem. I had to call up there to even find out what was taking so long. In my opinion, He should have contacted me first. More

Cesar was not very polite when dealing with my issue. . makes me think they did not even check my lights, I was in and out in 20 minutes and all he said is that is could be a short in the system.
