He was great at arrival! I was there for a recall and inspection. I was told it would take an hour to hour and half. I called to check and was told that my vehicle could not I was there for a recall and inspection. I was told it would take an hour to hour and half. I called to check and was told that my vehicle could not be inspected because no insurance was in the car. I get that. However, I have it on my phone. My biggest complaint is that Clarence went to lunch before even contacting me that my insurance was a problem. I had to call up there to even find out what was taking so long. In my opinion, He should have contacted me first. More

This experience started off the right way from the first call, follow-up texts, our visit and eventually leaving our more than satisfied with absolutely everything. Having purchased many Ram and Jeep products over the years, this was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience. If I am being honest, bias and reviews of past experiences of others originally steered me away from looking at Don Davis. I am extremely happy that they had exactly what I was looking for and didn’t hesitate to allow me to control of my buying process. They listened, they accommodated where possible and removed any frustration with my buying experience. Kudos to the entire team for representing the brand of the manufacturer and dealership in the most positive and authentic way possible. Finally, Chelsea was simply amazing. Cesar was not very polite when dealing with my issue. . makes me think they did not even check my lights, I was in and out in 20 minutes and all he said is that is could be a short in the system. But they never even took my tailgate apart to see if it was the light assembly.. seems like they did not want to bother to check it. More
