I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told that it would take an hour and half to complete. The process lasted over 2 hours and 45 minutes. This was my 2nd HORRIBLE experience at your location. 3hrs later and still no oil change. I left. RIDICULOUS. Clarence was understanding and in no way was he to blame.
