I was shocked by the service I received in a recent purchase. The sales representatives downplayed my credit score, which was far above average when negotiating the price and was appalled at how I want purchase. The sales representatives downplayed my credit score, which was far above average when negotiating the price and was appalled at how I wanted to even negotiate on the price of the vehicle. Once a price was agreed upon the demeanor and service was drastically different in a good way, which I am not shocked by as I agreed to buy the vehicle. The vehicle also didn't come with some items that a handshake agreed upon, which I will be aware of next time to put everything in writing when purchasing anything. Overall disappointed in the service and such but love the vehicle. More

Went in at 0900 for oil change - was offered new tires 3/1 free…alignment done before I was told sorry the tires you chose do not qualify for special 3/1 free…priced hiked a few hundred dollars more. I declined- after 4 hours - oil change was forced to pay for alignment even though I did not get the new tires :( More
