Terrible treatment from sales staff. They are only polite if you take the bad offer they make on purchasing a new car. My vehicle was overheating and I brought it to the dealership where I was told the water pump was bad that was replaced less than a year ago. I was informed that it might be the head gaskets that need dealership where I was told the water pump was bad that was replaced less than a year ago. I was informed that it might be the head gaskets that need replaced. The water pump was replaced after waiting all day. I drove my vehicle home and the next day the vehicle overheated again. I then returned to the dealership and waited….I was told that the it might be a blown head gasket. I inquired if the thermostat was checked and next I heard they told me that they were replacing the thermostat. The thermostat was replaced less than a year ago. I was not able to get a ride from the dealership so I took Uber back to the dealership and when I picked up my vehicle I could smell radiator fluid. I was told that the vehicle overheated when they drove it. My vehicle never smelled of radiator fluid when I brought the vehicle into the dealership… I am so disappointed and have zero trust in this dealership. My check engine light is on now….. I make a choice to take my vehicle to the dealership for trustworthiness and this is the first time in many years where I can honestly state that this dealership is not qualified to repair vehicles. More
