I highly recommend them to friends and family. Everyone on the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The service department is great. I use it for my maintenance and state inspections. I had to have a bumper replaced at the body shop and the work was top notch. There are so many great things about this dealership. Everyone there, especially Reza, will go out of their way to make sure you are in the vehicle that suits you and make sure you are happy. Greatest dealership in Wilkes County by far - a 5 star!!!! Buyer Beware! A valid caution made when dealing with Buyer Beware! A valid caution made when dealing with “VICTORY TOYOTA OF NORTH WILKESBORO”! I had for some time been looking for a good used pick Buyer Beware! A valid caution made when dealing with “VICTORY TOYOTA OF NORTH WILKESBORO”! I had for some time been looking for a good used pick-up at a good price in great shape, less than 80,000 miles, leather, sunroof, etc. Found it at Victory. All was good. I was told it had a “Factory Warranty”. No I said, it has 76,000 miles and it’s 7 years old, how is that possible? There was a little consultation with the manager and the warranty became 90 days or three thousand miles bumper to bumper! OK, I was good with that. It ran well….had a minor transmission issue, needed a couple scratches buffed out and a leaky tire, but no problem, I have a Warranty! Made a deal. We were Pre-approved with our lender. Put down a deposit and gave our trade-in. I signed the contract at the dealership but my wife also needed to sign. As she was in Boone I asked that they email a copy to be signed to which they agreed. Now comes the interesting twist to the story…..The contract shows up in my email with a signature on a line reserved for buyer, that I intentionally did not sign, stating that I accept the vehicle in as is condition. WAIT…I HAVE A WARRANTY! END OF DEAL! I got my deposit back. I got my trade back. However after I got it home I discovered that they had removed my 1 month old 700cca battery required to run the system on a Yukon Denali and replaced it with a used “econo power” battery that lacked sufficient amperage and subsequently fried the throttle body. (Should have checked before we drove it away considering their ethics or I should say lack thereof.) Mind you the deal had never been finalized, title had not been signed over……the vehicle was still legally mine. Not quite over yet as they continued to run credit checks for 2 days after the deal went south. What kind of petty nonsense is that? With all that said I really liked our salesguy Bobby G.. I hope he finds a better gig before this place rubs off on him. Still waiting for a response. More

Most awful experience that I have had at a dealership. Misleading and I didn't even get to test drive the car. If you want a Toyota there are more than likely better quality of cars elsewhere for the same prices. Again, the worst experience I have had at a dealership and not worth the drive. More
I have read ratings on this place and I have to say that as far as my wife and I are concerned right now we are happy with the way we were treated. Now that is not to say that when we take our Toyota Sienna as far as my wife and I are concerned right now we are happy with the way we were treated. Now that is not to say that when we take our Toyota Sienna van in for service we will feel the same way, but for now we are happy. We drove 45 minutes from home to go here and we were not disappointed either. I went and bought a jeep from Frank Myers in Winston-Salem NC and was treated like dirt and the whole process took half a day (another story). We went to Victory and wanted to look at what they had. Once the process to get approved, test drive, and eventually sign on the line was about a 3 hour deal, but it went by quickly. Clinton has numerous customer service awards, and it shows. The finance guy Justin Johnson was friendly and helpful as well although needs to slow down explaining things..lol. Our van they did not have on the lot so Clinton contacted a dealership in SC who had it. He told me that he would have it delivered to our home the next day which impressed me. He called me the next day and told me that due to some past experiences that the delership no longer could do that and that we would have to pick it up there. Of course I and my wife especially was dissappointed but oh well we now needed to figure out a way to get it. Clinton told me to hold on and that he would get back to me. He and the manager talked it over and he called back and said that he would be able to deliver it to my wife's workplace where she was at! WOW talk about customer service! Thanks Guys! The manager over the dealership was friendly from what little I spoke with him. Anyway I would reccommend this dealership, and I hope that their service department is what the sales department is when my time comes up to service our van. NO complaints here, and kudos to Clinton Blevins! More
Drove an hour to look at a car advertised online. The car was used, low miles, but a descent price. The car was beat to hell! All kind of scratches on the bumper, the front bumper was almost falling of car was used, low miles, but a descent price. The car was beat to hell! All kind of scratches on the bumper, the front bumper was almost falling off, the car was missing a fog light! When asked if the cars cosmetic problems would be taken care of the reply was "No, the car is sold as is" When asked how much would they take off the price for the damages the reply was "Nothing, it has already been priced low enough" But they were happy to sell me a new car. When I informed them that a new car was not in my budget, they wanted to show me how I could afford it. They bought back a monthly payment 100.00 over my maxim budget. I explained we would be going over to Wilkes Nissan because they had a used Toyota same make and model as the one I was interested in the sales manager replied "Why would you buy your eggs at an apple store? Be careful, I wouldn't buy any Toyota from a Nissan place." Needless to say, I bought the Toyota at the Nissan place because 1-They gave me a GREAT DEAL and 2-They were not assholes. More
Victory Toyota just plain SUCKS! We had a specific car that we wanted, which they sourced from Rock Hill, SC. Everything was going well till the car showed up approx. 3 hours late with about 1,200 more m that we wanted, which they sourced from Rock Hill, SC. Everything was going well till the car showed up approx. 3 hours late with about 1,200 more miles on the odo than we were told it had! The owner was the only person that we could reason with and he did try to make things right, so we bought the van as promissed and he threw in a few extras to make us feel better. Absolutely love the car, but the dealership is filled with a bunch of low-life swindlers that just want the sale and nothing else! The Sales Manager (Reza), is a total A0hole who has no people skills at all. That is to say he has no skill in dealing with someone who understands that he is a cheat! Enough about the sales side, on to the Service Department... We have had trouble 3 times already with service work that is supposed to be covered by the included 2 year Toyota Maintenance Plan. Each time we have brought the car in for it's recommended service they want to charge us additional fees and the owner has to get involved. I just took the car in on Saturday for the 10,000 recommended service and was told I would have to pay $28.00 more for the stuff that wasn't covered. I went to find someone that would understand that our car is covered by the maintenance plan and eventually the service was completed, (in about 2 hours!),or so I thought! It seems the Service Manager didn't think the tires needed to be rotated because he "measured them", so they weren't touched! It is now Thursday and the tires still haven't been rotated even after one of the sales guys told my wife 2 times that he "would call her in the morning to schedule a time to pick up the car and get the tires sorted..." What a load of BS! I'm surprised people are not standing in line to punch a few of these guys in the face every morning! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER CAR HERE AND ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE! More
