My husband and I got our 2020 Toyota tacoma from Toyota and it was the best experience we had ever had. Jaymie was very helpful and wonderful at her job, she knew the answer to every question we had and go and it was the best experience we had ever had. Nichole was absolutely amazing to work with! So the 5 star rating is 100% for her. She made arrangements to have a vehicle delivered from another dealership in their auto group the very next day after we star rating is 100% for her. She made arrangements to have a vehicle delivered from another dealership in their auto group the very next day after we got approved for the deal through our own bank! Only issue that I had personally, which didn’t really bother my fiancé who the car was actually for, was that we ended up paying more than the online price of the vehicle and managements claim was that it was because it was brought in from another dealership. In my personal opinion if you have a vehicle advertised on your website you’re putting people under the impression you can sell it and can sell it at the advertised price so I’m not too sure why the extra $1000 came into play but overall my fiancé is in love with his car! More

Seen a tacoma, called the dealership to get info about the truck. After speaking to the internet salesman I reluctantly went in to look at the truck and check it out. Got to the dealership explain I only the truck. After speaking to the internet salesman I reluctantly went in to look at the truck and check it out. Got to the dealership explain I only had a few minutes to look today. He said no problem I will have the truck brought up front in 5mins. 20mins later he pulls up with the truck after a quick look over we decide to test drive it. During the test drive we noticed several issues with the truck. The salesman said that he was sure the issues could be fixed. He said he would talk to the sales manager and let me what the deal would be since we had to be somewhere at a certain time and could not wait to talk with him ourselves. The salesman said he would call me shortly. I left my contact info and left. Heard nothing, waited till the next day called back to the dealership had he paged, had to leave a message for him to give me a call. Three days later I still have heard nothing. The only reason I gave them one star is because the internet salesman, Hailey was very nice and helpful. More

Stopped by just to look and get an idea of what SUV we wanted to buy. Salesman comes outside asking to many questions and not letting us just look in peace. The salesman took a picture of our registration for the vin# and said he would be right back with a number for our trade. Well the salesman comes back outside with his sales manager, asking us to come in and go over numbers. I said we were just looking and wanted to know what the value for our trade was. They never even looked it up. The manager was rude and pushy. More

The staff at classic Toyota are awesome but I have a problem with them they don't try to get you fiance local but some credit Union that you know nothing about don't feel safe sending money to place out problem with them they don't try to get you fiance local but some credit Union that you know nothing about don't feel safe sending money to place out of the country I also feel like the vehicle I traded in should have been enough of a trade in was enough for the down payment but I paid extra that I really didn't have I asked them if they could possibly get the vehicle fiance local but I haven't gotten a response from them hopeful I'll get a response that makes me happy with my purchase and then I would definitely give them five stars just not happy with the results at this point More
