I would leave 0 stars if I could I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. I placed a deposit on a vehicle on the 20th of December. From the start it was like pulling teeth just to get purchasing a vehicle from this dealer. I placed a deposit on a vehicle on the 20th of December. From the start it was like pulling teeth just to get an answer on what was going on. I gave them all the information they asked for or so I’d thought. Today over a week later I finally got a hold of someone and they said “the information you gave us isn’t sufficient and we will not be going through with this deal.” That would have been nice to know a week ago. But since no one knows how to answer a phone over there and since they have a deposit from me to hold that vehicle all I could do is keep calling. I passed up another car I could have bought waiting for them to get back to me. Tread lightly with this dealer, they love to waste your time. More

Mr. Henry Loayes helped my husband and I. He explained all the opportunities we had to buy our daughters car. He was also the only one in the dealership that spoke Spanish and came straight to us to help all the opportunities we had to buy our daughters car. Worst thing I ever did, recall on my 2021 Toyota and they were awful!! The part they did said no guarantee. Two other dealer ships said if they had done it there be a guarantee. My car was left outside and it was nasty. When I took the loaner back it was clean and had plenty gas in it. So done with Classic Toyota and I’m going to get rid of my Toyota!!! I found out this dealership had overpriced my vehicle (by their own admission) when I went to trade my vehicle back in that I purchased from this dealer around 6 months earlier and was questioned by a differ their own admission) when I went to trade my vehicle back in that I purchased from this dealer around 6 months earlier and was questioned by a different salesperson where I had purchased the vehicle from. Sales person said I PAID WAY TO MUCH FOR THE VEHICLE This was a pre owned certified vehicle with slick tires (dangerous) that I had a hard time getting even 2 replaced, also interior was stained and Bluetooth wasn’t working as well a speaker wasn’t working, I am having a difficult time with these issues getting fixed, very unhappy. Drove less than 3k miles. More
