The service department at Classic Toyota Tyler is such trash. I bought a 2017 Lexus NXT from them in June 2022. There were pieces missing from the cup holders that adjust to fit your cup size, right mirro trash. I bought a 2017 Lexus NXT from them in June 2022. Was told it would be fixed they just needed to order parts. Ok no problem. I come in around Sept/Oct for an oil change and was ensured these problems would be fixed while here for the oil change. 30 minutes into waiting, Albany comes and tells me the person pulling my car out of the initial service bay hit my driver side on one of the desks and they were taking it to the body shop to be repaired. 4 HOURS LATER my car was done and they had tried to pop the dent out using a heat gun causing my paint to bubble. They also hadn’t fixed anything they were supposed to (because it’s a Lexus and those parts had to be ordered which I already knew but they ASSURED me it’d be fixed this day). Surprise surprise they have yet to order these parts. Also had to be put in a rental for the 2 days it took for them to repair the damage they caused. So today, I am back to have the parts put on my car and get an oil change. I was quoted approximately 3 hours for this service. I got a Lyft and did some shopping. I arrived here at 0915…it is now 1434 and they managed to fix the mirror, cup holder, but the panel has to be ordered. STILL haven’t gotten to my oil change. I asked them to skip it, 4.5 hours is long enough for me. I’m still waiting for them to bring me my car and I had the Lyft driver drop me off at 1330. I am absolutely never coming back here. My husband will be bringing it up to have the panel replaced when it comes in because I can’t stand to be in this place again. HORRIBLE communication with each other! Maybe I’ll get out of here by closing time! More
Terrible service for repair. Took our Sienna in for an engine light coming on. Told that cam shaft needed to be replaced. Initially told it would take 2 weeks to get part in, and the other needed parts were already in stock. That was in April 2022-2 weeks turned into another 2 weeks and fast forward 4 months later and part finally came in. Repeatedly told that it was due to supply issues as a result of the pandemic. Told the entire country did not have the part. Part finally arrived in August 2022 and we were hopeful the vehicle could be repaired quickly. After several days passed with no communication from Classic and with us contacting the service rep, we were finally notified that the parts that were needed that were in stock initially were sent back due to being on the shelf too long uninstalled, even though 2 weeks prior to this, we talked with the manager of the parts department and were told the additional parts were there and set aside for use on our vehicle. Now it would take another 5-6 weeks to get the parts back. No assistance or compensation offered as far as loaner or financial compensation for their mistake. We posted a negative review here at that time, and were called by the service department manager asking us to take it down, and then he would look at other alternatives for the parts. We took down the review, but nothing changed. Almost exactly 6 weeks later, we get a message to call and schedule a time to bring our vehicle in for the repair as the parts were available. Had to call to remind them that our vehicle had been in their possession the entire time and to please begin repairs as soon as possible. It was another week before we were notified that the Vehicle was ready. Only discounts given was replacement of the battery (because after sitting in their lot for 6 months the battery was no good) and $150. Didn't even wash it (the van was filthy after sitting for 6 months) or fill it with a tank of gas. The girl at the desk when we arrived to pick up the van was rather rude as well. Cudos to Nathan who had to deal with us at the pick up time as he was very cordial and apologetic for all that had occurred. He had this incident dumped on him at the last minute as the service rep we had been dealing with the entire time no longer worked there. We picked up our vehicle October 17, 2022. More

My time felt valued, my needs and wants were clearly understood, I was given a great price from the start, and no matter the challenge, they found a way to make sure I was treated with respect, kindness, and patience, while showing absolute professionalism. Most importantly, as a female going into a car dealership by myself, I never once got taken advantage of, but instead was made to feel special, important, and more like part of a team effort to make something so important to me happen within the best possible scenario for the long haul. My vehicle is beautiful and absolutely perfect for me!!!! and Austin knew what I wanted before I even knew what I wanted. He went above and beyond, and they ended up going way out of their way to get everything done in the short time I had and right at the end of the day. Austin, Brent, Jeremy at Classic Toyota have honestly raised the bar in East Texas, already set extremely high to begin with, thanks to previous experiences in years past with Steve and Andrew. So consider me a 100 percent loyal Classic Toyota customer. Thank you!!!!!!!!! More
Classis Toyota is a terrible dealer. They don't care about servicing their customers and don't have the decency to return calls in order to solve a problem. The car was without floor mats. They promised having the mats sent soon "shouldn't take more than a week". It has been more than 3 months and I still didn't receive the mats. Now the carpets are damaged. I called several time, only one time someone answered and promised to send them soon (again it has been more than 6 weeks since the second promise). The other two time, I get transferred to an office where no one answers nor returns the call. They are unprofessional and I don't advise anyone to buy a car from them. More

Nate updated me often on the arrivals of new Siennas and took all of my ‘wants’ into account when tracking down the perfect one for me. In this market, I felt like Nate went above and beyond to find me a UNICORN vehicle. You can not find them on any dealership lot anywhere. Once they hit and often before they hit the lot, they are already sold. I am so pleased with my Platinum edition Sienna! I traded in a Tahoe so that I could have more space for my 3 children and I am not disappointed in the slightest. Nate worked hard to get me top dollar for my trade, financing was quick and easy, and they even had someone walk me through all the features of the vehicle before we left the lot. I’ve since been contacted twice to check on if I have any questions or concerns and I just purchased it 2 days ago. Excellent customer service! Go see Nate at Classic, you won’t regret it! More

I was very impressed even with the people who came up to me asking if they could help - Saul was quite the gentleman and informative the first time I came to the dealership. I hate giving bad reviews but this is by far the worse dealership I’ve done business with. “EVER” While trying to buy a Tundra the salesman and/or management did opposite of what I asked. Now that I’ve used them to service my vehicle, it has been even worse. On the first service visit I’m trying to ask questions and the service rep wouldn’t answer me directly and spoke to me like an idiot. The second visit was yesterday and they serviced the truck and parked it. While speaking to another customer getting the same service as myself, he had a rep come explain what’s going on with his vehicle. I had an appointment and he just showed up and got his vehicle before me. I’m told that they sent my guy to lunch. I receive a call from the desk saying they have my keys. I’m upset and the lady at the desk gets an attitude with me because I’m upset. Dumbfounding. I can go on and on. Don’t do business with this dealership. It’s not worth the headache. I’ll drive an extra 30 minutes to take my car somewhere else. More
