Great to work with My transmission blew on the interstate just south of Great America late on a Saturday afternoon. When the tow truck driver picked me up asking me whe My transmission blew on the interstate just south of Great America late on a Saturday afternoon. When the tow truck driver picked me up asking me where to go I said take me to the nearest Toyota dealership since I was not from the area (live 2.5 hours away). We got there 5 minutes before the service dept closed. Left my car and they called me on Monday telling me what it would be to repair it. Said please put me in touch with sales. Within a 1/2 hour they called me and we talked on the phone about my options. Listened to what I was interested in, returned my calls & text messages (even when not at work) explaining everything. Ended up buying a new RAV4 over the phone, text & emails between myself & the dealership. Living 2.5 hours away I would definitely make the trip to buy my next vehicle from them. More
