I picked this dealership based on initial response to my new car inquiry. Other dealers just did not seem to be what I was looking for. Classic Toyota was responsive and informative from the start. Kashif Mirza picked up my transaction half way through due to personnel changes. He answered all my questions, kept me up to date on delivery, everything over the phone except final signatures (My choice. I am sure he will provide whatever level of service you would like!). Kevin Michaelson handled the finance part. All aspects explained clearly. Very pleasant to work with. In by 10:30 and drove my new car out before 12 pm! More

I was recently at Classic Toyota for selling my car. The salesperson started out from the get-go in a very belligerent and aggressive manner saying let us cut the BS, etc. Before even a minute into conv The salesperson started out from the get-go in a very belligerent and aggressive manner saying let us cut the BS, etc. Before even a minute into conversation, he abruptly got up and literally threw my keys at me, and left saying you can have $15,000 or leave. I walked up and said to him that he needs to be polite. I asked him for his name, card, or the name of a manager. He said he is the manager and refused to give me any of that information. Then he escorted me to the outside of the building (I believe holding my shoulder, but I am not entirely sure; I was too distressed to remember all details) and threatened to have me removed from the dealership, and every minute he became more and more aggressive. I thought I should not get down to his level, and that the only way to de-escalate is to leave. I went to the service department and described what happened. Mr. Cuate in service department gave me the name of the manager, Mr. Hudson, whom I met and complained the following day. I learned that the person I had the incident with was Mark Andrews, the manager in used car sales department. Mr. Hudson apologized and, in response to my question whether that is the culture at Classic Toyota, he said that type of behavior is never encouraged. When I called Mr. Hudson a week later, he said that disciplinary actions have been taken against Mr. Andrews. Whether that is true or not, I am still shocked this type of sales personnel are still working in this internet age. If this happened in a shoddy used car dealership 30 years ago, I might have been able to comprehend. But the good side of the story is that I was able to get $3,000 more from a national chain north of the border. The experience there compared to Classic Toyota was like going from xxxx to heaven. So much for helping local businesses. If Mr. Andrews had been somewhat civilized, I would have gone with his offer. I think that the employees such Mr. Andrews should be given some type of sensitivity training so that they will realize that all customers should be treated with dignity regardless of race, color, or gender. I also wrote to Better Business Bureau and Toyota-USA. Both institutions contacted Classic Toyota, but I don’t believe that they are bound to respond to the complaint. But in the name of customer service Classic Toyota should. I recommend their service department. I have used them, and they have been efficient and courteous. I do not recommend the used car sales department based on this single experience. I do not have experience with the new car sales. More
Jim Hudson, Mark Andrews and all the staff made me feel welcome. They’re not your stereotypical dealership many feel will try to rip them off. So try to go in not looking for a fight. Its family owned business and has won awards for their customer service. Like with any big expenditure, look online, do some research and you will find they will give you a good price. I am a real customer, I just bought a 2015 Camry from them yesterday. More

They sent me the specs of the truck that was on the way, I took my truck in for an estimate to do a trade in, the new one arrived the next day but I could not get there until today to pick up my new truck.
