I picked this dealership based on initial response to my new car inquiry. Other dealers just did not seem to be what I was looking for. Classic Toyota was responsive and informative from the start. Kashif new car inquiry. Other dealers just did not seem to be what I was looking for. Classic Toyota was responsive and informative from the start. Kashif Mirza picked up my transaction half way through due to personnel changes. He answered all my questions, kept me up to date on delivery, everything over the phone except final signatures (My choice. I am sure he will provide whatever level of service you would like!). Kevin Michaelson handled the finance part. All aspects explained clearly. Very pleasant to work with. In by 10:30 and drove my new car out before 12 pm! More
