Michelle and Frank made me feel very comfortable. Taking all the time that i needed, and answering all of my questions in detail. I was called by Tony Skrtic who was professional, friendly, and seemingly committed to getting me in a new car as quickly as possible. He was efficient without making me feel like he was rushing my paperwork just to get to the next person. The sales person I dealt with was Jennifer Skrtic, and she was great! As a single female in the new car market, I was hesitant and almost dreading having to deal with a salesman. Working with Jennifer Skrtic was so refreshing. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable, and I was very impressed with her knowledge and people skills. Overall, my experience there was top notch. I would recommend it to anyone I know, and will definitely go there in the future. More
Very pleasant experience overall. I have two small children and therefore I do not like to sit in showrooms forever waiting for sales reps and sales managers to determine pricing on cars. For the most part the sales team were accommodating as I was only there for an hour and a half. Maybe it's a sales technique, but, I'd love to get in and get out. You financing guy was great and had all the paperwork ready and it only took fifteen minutes. Nick is young and needs some experience dealing with affluent customers. More

Zack is one of the newest members of the sales team at Classic but you would not have known this had he not disclosed the information to me. The personal touch with the two cards sent from Zack was refreshing as this is often missed in today's world. It was also a pleasure working with Frank in finance. He truly wanted to do right by the customer with giving optional financing to ensure every opportunity is made available to your customers. Nice work! This is my first Toyota and I have to be honest that in the beginning of this year I would not have even considered being a Toyota owner. With the loyalty that Toyota has provided to their customers as a whole to ensure safety and service is their core business I decided to "at least" take the Venza for a test drive. I found the buying experience very nice. The salesman was informative and helpful. We came back after getting our questions answered by Nick twice and purchased the vehicle. This was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had!! I've had 5 other Toyotas from another dealership that I had a long consumer relationship with but will never go back. Unfortunately, I was forced to sever my relationship with the competing dealership because they expressed that they no longer wanted my business. I just want to say that I wish I had come to Classic before now. The customer service was 5 star and totally exceeded my expectations!!! The other dealership told me 3 years ago that Classic couldn't compete with them on customer service. I should have not listened to them!!! It was great working with my salesman and the GM. They both made us feel as though our business was of great value to the Classic Auto Group. We plan to purchase another vehicle soon and Classic is definitely our first choice! We look forward to a great ongoing relationship with the Classic Auto Group. I plan to recommend Classic to everyone that I know that is interested in a new or used car!! I'm very pleased with my new Camry lease!!! More
