We dealt with several vehicles and Tom insured that things went well. My daughter turned in a 4runner and leased a new 4runner and I purchased her turned vehicle. all of this was well coordinated and h things went well. At the same time, my wife turned in her leased Camry and leased a new one. She had a specific request for a Camry with the built in gps system and it had to be a grey Camry. Tom found the car, got it to the dealer and she was able to make the trade with no issues. The one problem we are still waiting on resolution is some of the financing. When my daughter turned in her 4runnner she is due a credit from her lease payments. We are STILL waiting for that credit. When my wife turned in her Camry, the deal was Classic was to make the final lease payment as part of the deal. We are receiving billing notices for that final payment. All the information has been sent to Tom and we expect this to be corrected before any past due notices are sent. I also wanted to note that while I was there, as a Toyota customer for many years, I again noted that of all the things that Classic Toyota needs to fix, its the VERY BAD coffee they serve in the waiting room. Its not good at all and reflects poorly on the quality of service Classic offers. My comments were heard by one of the managers and a few days later I received at my home a gift basket with a variety of coffees in it. A nice gesture indeed! Mike Manning went above and beyond when it came to selling me my first car. I had been driving a 2001 Toyota Echo for six years; it got me through high school and college. Now, having a full time job, selling me my first car. I had been driving a 2001 Toyota Echo for six years; it got me through high school and college. Now, having a full time job, I wanted to upgrade my car and have it under my name. My parents and grandmother have worked with Mike in the past and they were always pleased with his service. All it took was a phone call and Mike found a car that would work with my budget and was the kind of car I was looking for. I was able to get all the paper work and loan approval done over the phone and all it took was a quick trip to meet with Mike to fill out the rest of the paper work and pick up the car. Tony Skrtic helped me understand the paper work that came with my loan. He made sure I fully understood my payments and all that was included with my package before I left. I could tell that both Mike and Tony wanted to me to get the best out of my experience. Both helped me tremendously with this big step and payment. More

Jennifer was excellant. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all our questions and guide us in the right direction as we were searching for our new car. We enjoyed coming back to Toyota to look because Jennifer was so nice and friendly to us compared to other sales reps from other dealers. Once we made the decision to purchase the Toyotal Highlander, Jennifer went above and beyond our expectations. We could not of asked for a better sales rep. She meet every need and answered every concern. She made us feel very comfortable in all the dealings. She gave 150% percent more than what we every expected to receive from a sales rep. When picking up the car Jennifer went thru every little detail for us. She helped program all the tecnical things and showed my boys how to work everything. She took the time to explain how each function worked and was very patient with all the questions we asked her. She never made us feel rushed. Jennifer also insured us that we could call her anytime if we had questions regarding the new car or any type of service we may need. She gave me her number, Tony's number and the service number plus she also followed up with phone calls. I will gladly recommend her to anyone I know looking for a new car. Tony was also excellant. We dealt with him only when doing the paperwork and he handled everything very proficiently. He was able to answer all our concerns. The paper work went very quickly and smoothly. It was a pleasant surprise. We originally were not planning on spending so much for a new car but in the end we felt the Toyota was worth it. It always would of been nice to get it for a few thousand less but overall we were happy with the purchase. This is our first time dealing with Toyotoa and so far we have been very happy.
