He answered all of my questions and tracked down the exact model (with packages) I wanted. He was completely 'on-call' in the week leading up to my purchase and spent a great deal of time on the phone with me--something I thoroughly appreciate, living six hours away. We easily negotiated a deal, again through the phone, and he had the car ready in time for me to make a quick trip back to Northeast Ohio. When I arrived at the dealer, everything was in order. I felt that the dealing between the salesman and the manager was excessive. It took a really long time with all of the going back and forth.
