Buying a new car from Classic Toyota in Mentor, Ohio, was by far a stress-free if not enjoyable experience. I'm currently living in Maryland but decided to buy a car from back home and support my dealer ther by far a stress-free if not enjoyable experience. I'm currently living in Maryland but decided to buy a car from back home and support my dealer there. Rich was excessively helpful in facilitating this process. He answered all of my questions and tracked down the exact model (with packages) I wanted. He was completely 'on-call' in the week leading up to my purchase and spent a great deal of time on the phone with me--something I thoroughly appreciate, living six hours away. We easily negotiated a deal, again through the phone, and he had the car ready in time for me to make a quick trip back to Northeast Ohio. When I arrived at the dealer, everything was in order. The car drives wonderfully, Classic Toyota made sure I was thrilled and Rich deserves many thanks for making the entire purchase run so smoothly. More

One of the easiest car purchasing experiences I have ever had. Chris was very helpful and was able to get the color vehicle I wanted. I felt that the dealing between the salesman and the manager was excessive. It took a really long time with all of the going back and forth. Going to car dealerships is usually an annoyance for me. Being a woman and in the past I wasnt taken seriously. This was an excellent experience.
