Great Overall Experience with Toyota and Brandon Vaughn!!!! Brandon called me a few weeks ago letting me know that my lease was up and that I could save LOADS of money with rebates that Toyota was offering. I am super busy with school and work, therefore, I was horrible at getting back to him and finding the time to get this done. Since he was saving me so much money, and my payment was DECREASING, he was persistent with me and helped me get this done as quickly and efficiently as he could. He had me complete the credit app and send him all my information before I went into the dealership, and was in and out within an hour. He had the vehicle fueled up, cleaned and ready to go when I got there. He is fantastic and a perfect example of great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! If everyone in sales worked as Brandon did with me.... the world of sales would be so much better. Thank yo Toyota and Brandon, you saved me SO MUCH MONEY!! More

Having only driven Toyotas for the last 30 years , we were pretty sure we wanted to continue driving them. The salesman was wonderful, knowledgeable and very patient as we looked and test drove different models. Everyone there is very friendly and we never felt pressured to make a decision. when we decided on a car the process was easy and thorough. We will continue with our Toyota Legacy, returning in a few years to replace our other Highlander! More
