Our experience with this Dealership was Outstanding. Our salesman, Alex Llamas, was fantastic!! He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the Toyota Prius that we purchased. Our salesman, Alex Llamas, was fantastic!! He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the Toyota Prius that we purchased. We drove 2 hours to go to this Dealership and so happy we did!! We got a Great Deal! Alex has a bright future ahead of him at only 20 yrs old. Classic Toyota is lucky to have him. We highly recommend Alex! We did, however, have to wait an extremely long time (around an hour) for the General Manager to complete our purchase paperwork that we needed to sign. Which was stressful to us since we had a 2 hour drive home, in the dark and raining. More

Years ago I would have given a 5 star rating. They used to give prompt service. I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited over 2 hours! The person in front of me said she waited 20 mi They used to give prompt service. I had an appointment for an oil change. I waited over 2 hours! The person in front of me said she waited 20 minutes just to check in. In the 2 hours they never did the complimentary car wash I was asked if I wanted. I won’t be going back to Toyota for service anymore. More
