New Rav hybrid had completely different screens and different buttons on vehicle that was replaced. Mario took the time to make sure that my wife was comfortable with seat position and that adjustable steering wheel was where my wife felt comfortable to drive. Very nice that dealership has a person (Cheryl) that contacted our insurance company supplying all the necessary details on new vehicle allowing us to drive the new vehicle with proper insurance coverage.
