Exceptional Dealership I have been with Chevy for over 20 years. I thought I would never go anywhere else. I had family members go with Toyota and they said Dave the GM was I have been with Chevy for over 20 years. I thought I would never go anywhere else. I had family members go with Toyota and they said Dave the GM was very good. So I tried just to look and liked the 2019 Camry. I also looked at the Malibu at Chevy. When it came down to it I liked both but what happened was a GM who is very good at his job did what it took to pull me over! My sales guy Brandon was very good as well! I can’t tell you enough they are top notch at customer service. Overall, great staff led by a seasoned professional who won’t let you walk out without a deal!!! More

Happier customer I made an appointment for my 2018 Rav, 2800 miles checkup. I was not happy with my new car, I traded an FJ Cruiser because family could not get up in I made an appointment for my 2018 Rav, 2800 miles checkup. I was not happy with my new car, I traded an FJ Cruiser because family could not get up into it. The Rav feels like a toy and I'm uncomfortable. Rav is in service I walk into waiting area and see a car similar to the FJ. I asked to speak with my salesman, Derek. Derek came walking over with his great smile and I said, "what is this", his reply was a Rav! No way, looks bigger and more sporty, his reply was Rav Adventure. I told him I was unhappy with my car and did he think I could trade and get the Adventure...from there it's history. I now bought a 2019 Rav Adventure, and I am much happier. I have been dealing with Classic since moving to Lake County 1976. Derek is very pleasant, happy and professional which makes a great salesman. More
