Was working all morning via telephone with a salesman on a used car - (as I am out of town). (No need to mention salesman’s name)....On my last call I was calling to give a deposit on the car as I said I wo a used car - (as I am out of town). (No need to mention salesman’s name)....On my last call I was calling to give a deposit on the car as I said I would. When I called the salesman told me he had bad news and the car was sold. Wasn’t very apologetic or anything. Just matter of fact. UNPROFESSIONAL!! I had spoken to him 5 minutes prior to my last call to tell him I was just going to confirm everything on my end. HE NEVER MENTIONED someone was looking at the car etc. HE was even in direct contact with the sales manager as he was negotiating pricing with me. Total BS and unprofessional. This is what gives car dealers a bad name !!!! More

There wa During the second surge of COVID-19, it was time to replace my 13-yr old car. After extensive on-line research, I chose a Toyota Rav4 LE. There was a promotion about to expire that prompted me to venture out to the dealership right now. I was pleased to see ALL employees were properly wearing masks. I observed frequent cleaning of common areas, door knobs, etc. The floor was marked at the sales desk for chair placement social distancing. Plexiglass shields were everywhere. I used my own pen, but was offered a new pen when it came time to sign documents. I felt safe and, oh by the way, I love my new car! More
