I bought a Lexus LS 460 through them on their internet sales division. I live in Rhode Island so there is a distance between us. I had severe damage due to road trash that damaged my Toyota and I called my I I contacted Salesperson Mario Zlataric who I have dealt with for years and he immediately scheduled me an appointment with R Toyota and I called my I I contacted Salesperson Mario Zlataric who I have dealt with for years and he immediately scheduled me an appointment with Ren Meek Assistant Service Manager to access the damage to the undercarriage to see if it was safe to drive until it was repaired. That fast response put my mind at ease and showed that Classic is a full service dealer that puts customers first which is why I have dealt with them for over 22 years.
