I stopped into Classic Toyota,interested in buying a truck,my wife and I started to look around on our own,till we were greeted by a salesperson,Lissandra.She proceeded to ask questions about what we w truck,my wife and I started to look around on our own,till we were greeted by a salesperson,Lissandra.She proceeded to ask questions about what we were looking for and guided us to the tacomas ,which I was interested in,we looked at a few then went into the dealership.to talk more,all the while being very helpful,never pushy,we left with a lot of information,and said we’d have to think about what we could do.We returned about a week later interested in a couple of other trucks ,so she set up test rides for us.we drove them and narrowed it down to the Tacoma.we talked some more all the while she was very patient and helpful and accommodating,we decided on a vehicle and I returned today to purchase it .Lissandra was very friendly,helpful and easy to work with,I would highly recommend her!!!!!!!!!!! I was looking for a new Rav4 with specific features. Only two cars met the criteria within 100 miles. My parents have always purchased from Classic Honda so I went qwith Classic. When I contacted them, the car was still on the boat coming from Japan. Phil McGrath was great and kept me informed of each part of the trip. Things progressed along and I went to Classic in person to get an idea of my trade in value. I appreciated the no nonsense process. I started working with Lissanndra at this point, my sales person. She also kept me pdated on things. When the day came, I worked with Billy Ashmore.for the finances. I jwas very pleasant to deal with and not too aggressive on the cross sales. Lissandra also took the time to go over the car with me and help me configure things. Overall, it was a wonderful experience compared to past experiences. More
