I had an issue with my Toyota Venza 2021 Bluetooth specifically calling on my phone from Bluetooth. It was not working. I went through every YouTube and Google suggestion and work two hours trying to specifically calling on my phone from Bluetooth. It was not working. I went through every YouTube and Google suggestion and work two hours trying to solve it. I was so frustrated. So I took it to the classic Toyota service department. The first service department person Told me they had just the person to fix it. 45 seconds later. Nate Babic, the customer service manager showed up with the smile and said he is going to solve this problem for me. No doubt. He got in my car and tried a lot of different methods. He was having trouble fixing it because it seemed to be a very odd occurrence. But he’s told me he wasn’t going to give up and he tried numerous programs, including connecting his phone to my car. Unbelievably and thankfully he fixed it for me. I could call anyone I wanted with the touch of the button again finally. He was the most genuinely pleasant gentleman with great professionalism and determination to help me with my problem. He was such a pleasure to work with and he truly did the job with a smile and a laugh. Great job Nate.
