My wife and I enjoyed our visit and purchase of a new 2011 red Camry. The main reason for selecting Toyota of Henderson is the Service Dept. Mike Mosley and Ron Goble are outstanding, friendly and very 2011 red Camry. The main reason for selecting Toyota of Henderson is the Service Dept. Mike Mosley and Ron Goble are outstanding, friendly and very helpful when dealing with our cars. We have been receiving service from Toyota of Henderson for a number of years and when it came time to trade our 2002 Avalon for a new 2011 Camry, we of course, chose Toyota of Henderson. The sales dept. was especially helpful, friendly, and supportive when we decided to trade our Avalon, which was like a part of our family, as we purchased this car when it was still in the showroom at Bobby Murrey Toyota in Rocky Mount, N.C in 2002. It was tough giving up this wonderful car as we had over 214,000 miles on it when we decided to trade. Making the transition to a new Camry was made easy as Michel Riesland and Bryan Bowen, sales representatives, helped us select the car we wanted without applying any sales pressure. Of course we will return to Toyota of Henderson for all of our service and any other matters involving our new Camry. My wife and I would encourage anyone who may be looking for a new or used car to start and end at Toyota of Henderson, after all, why go anywhere else. Thanks, David and Sue Grissom More
James spent allot of time with me. He listened carefully to my needs. James took me on a test drive in a car with a similar power train to the one I wanted and was able to answer all of my questions to my to my needs. He and his staff then searched to find a car in the area that perfectly matched my needs. The dealership let me drive a very nice recent model used car until they could get my car in. They gave me a fair price on my trade in. I paid a premium price for the new car but that was most likely because the car equiped just as I needed was hard to find. On the positive side I didn't have to pay for options I didn't need. Everybody at the dealership was courteous and extreamly accomodating. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I was in the market for a new Highlander and I went on the internet to price and shop for this specific vehicle. After reseaching costs, options, etc. I went to the dealership and talked to their salesma the internet to price and shop for this specific vehicle. After reseaching costs, options, etc. I went to the dealership and talked to their salesman,Hoyle Reavis. I explained which model and what options I was looking for and although they did not have one on the lot that met my requirements, they quickly went through the S E Toyota network and found the perfect vehicle I was looking for. Not only did they give me a good discount on the new car, they also gave me a very fair trade in value on the Mini Cooper I decided to trade in on the deal. Curteous, friendly service with no pressure and quick delivery of the new vehicle that they went across the state to pick up for me. I am well satisfied with the entire car buying experience. More
My mom and I were shopping for a new car in Henderson. We had visited a few dealerships in Henderson that day and made our way back to Toyota Scion of Henderson. When we got there it was about two hours to closing, but our salesman Ron greeted us with a friendly face and helped us as we looked for a new car. Later on we realized that every time we had gone to Toyota Scion of Henderson to look for a car, Ron had been the one to greet us. Ron took us on three test drives that night. We decided to buy a Scion tC. By the time we finished up with everything it was over an hour after closing time, but several employees had stayed to assist us with the process. We got a good price on our trade-in, and the manager worked with us on pricing and meeting our needs. This is my first purchase of a car, but I have been very satisfied thus far. Ron even called a couple of days later to make sure we were satisfied with everything. When we took the car back the next day for the Polyshield protection, we were provided with a complimentary loaner until our car was ready. At least four members of my family have also bought cars from Toyota Scion of Henderson, and everyone I have spoken with is very satisfied with the business. I would recommend this dealership and salesman Ron Jensen to anyone in the market for a new Toyota or Scion. More
I had been searching for a good used Highlander for quitsimtume. I dimost of my research online. The internet is a great car buying tool, but can be overwhelming. The lowest price was at Toyota of Henderson. I found ones closely priced at Carmax and Auction Direct. I visited both dealerships and they would not come off their price nor work with me. Toyota of Henderson was the farthest from my home, but with the bad experience at the other two dealerships I decided to give them a try. They worked with me and came off the internet price, and since they are a Toyota dealer I also recieved Toyota Certification on my Highlander so I'm covered for 100,000 miles!! GREAT EXPERIENCE!! THEY ARE VERY POLITE, PERSONABLE, AND GREAT TO WORK WITH. I GIVE toyota of henderson two thumbs up and highly reccomend them to anyone in the car market. More
