My wife and I traded our cars in and they were supposed to pay off both of them. This was 4/14/2021 and its now 5/11/2021 and they have not paid off our vehicles and after contacting honda because both of our accounts are past due they also didn’t obtain the correct pay off amount so Toyota told us “that’s not our problem, and we have to pay it” Every time i call or go into the store i get told something different and they lie straight to my face and say they have paid the car off. They also have xxxxty service the day i got the car which hasn’t even been a month when i got home my tire pressure light was on. Get it checked and there is a nail in the tire. Now after spending thousands of dollars they tell me i have to pay for the tire. Now i was told when buying all the extended warranties that my tires were covered, which they lied. I received the car that they drove down from northern VA with a nail in my tire. Don’t do business with this dealership they do not care all they do is lie and steal money from you. More
If my vehicle broke down directly in front of Priority Toyota Hampton where I purchased it I would still call a tow truck to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. They can’t do ANYTHING for me, not even a Toyota Hampton where I purchased it I would still call a tow truck to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. They can’t do ANYTHING for me, not even a free service! The service department communication is horrible and I completely have ZERO trust in them. I DO NOT AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND. There’s no integrity. Don’t leave your car with these people. More

Wish I could rate this dealership with NO STARS!! Just bought a Toyota from them and a cheep plastic part fell off the NEW vehicle. When I went there to get it rectified, they made up excuses like - some bought a Toyota from them and a cheep plastic part fell off the NEW vehicle. When I went there to get it rectified, they made up excuses like - someone stole the part or you were in an accident! I was not in any accident and my vehicle is garaged all the time I'm at home and I no longer work. The virus keeps me from Mall parking lots. The vehicle was not in an accident - and has been kept safe. The only acceptable reason the part is missing is that it was improperly installed or deficient from the start. They refused to replace it - now I have to go out and and spent more money on a supposed "NEW CAR". Extremely bad Customer Service - ESECIALLY CHRISTIAN COLBERT - once the Vehicle is bought! More
Recently got a oil change from the local Priority Toyota in Hampton. I set my appointment at 10:15am and waited over 2+ hours to get a routine oil change. I believe an hour is reasonable but what is the point of setting an appointment if you’re going to be waiting over 2+ hours for a routine oil change. The amount of customers in and out were moving fairly quickly but I just didn’t understand what took so long. It wasn’t what I expected and if that was the case, at least give a warning or heads up that the wait time can be longer so I can readjust my travel arrangements. Then after 2 hours I went to another service member and found out my car was done but never came to tell me. I walk by the service member I first worked with standing there doing nothing....I’m not too please with the customer service and keep that in mind when you bring your business here. More
Worst experience I’ve had buying a car. I bought the car on Saturday and went back Sunday to stop the deal and they just lied and wouldn’t help at all. Annual Virginia Inspection and Servicing The service department is outstanding. From the time you turn over the car until time to drive out, they are warm and friendly. They kept me informed on the servicing requirements and progress to completion. The waiting area is neat and clean and well maintained. The service manager welcomed me to the dealership via text and followed up the day after to see if I had any concerns. I will continue to make Priority Toyota my choice for all servicing needs on my 2018 Toyota Corolla. More
Tom Dorman and Fafham were excellent to deal with. Made our experience so easy. Came in was there for a few hours and put into 2 new vehicles.
