If my vehicle broke down directly in front of Priority Toyota Hampton where I purchased it I would still call a tow truck to take my car elsewhere to be serviced. Wish I could rate this dealership with NO STARS!! Just bought a Toyota from them and a cheep plastic part fell off the NEW vehicle. When I went there to get it rectified, they made up excuses like - some bought a Toyota from them and a cheep plastic part fell off the NEW vehicle. When I went there to get it rectified, they made up excuses like - someone stole the part or you were in an accident! I was not in any accident and my vehicle is garaged all the time I'm at home and I no longer work. The virus keeps me from Mall parking lots. The vehicle was not in an accident - and has been kept safe. The only acceptable reason the part is missing is that it was improperly installed or deficient from the start. They refused to replace it - now I have to go out and and spent more money on a supposed "NEW CAR". Extremely bad Customer Service - ESECIALLY CHRISTIAN COLBERT - once the Vehicle is bought! More
Recently got a oil change from the local Priority Toyota in Hampton. I set my appointment at 10:15am and waited over 2+ hours to get a routine oil change. I believe an hour is reasonable but what is the point of setting an appointment if you’re going to be waiting over 2+ hours for a routine oil change. The amount of customers in and out were moving fairly quickly but I just didn’t understand what took so long. It wasn’t what I expected and if that was the case, at least give a warning or heads up that the wait time can be longer so I can readjust my travel arrangements. Then after 2 hours I went to another service member and found out my car was done but never came to tell me. I walk by the service member I first worked with standing there doing nothing....I’m not too please with the customer service and keep that in mind when you bring your business here. More
Worst experience I’ve had buying a car. I bought the car on Saturday and went back Sunday to stop the deal and they just lied and wouldn’t help at all. They kept me informed on the servicing requirements and progress to completion. The waiting area is neat and clean and well maintained. The service manager welcomed me to the dealership via text and followed up the day after to see if I had any concerns. I will continue to make Priority Toyota my choice for all servicing needs on my 2018 Toyota Corolla. More
