Feature claimed but not given 2/14/15 bought 2004 Suzuki Verona & the sticker claimed it came with keyless entry but no remote provided. I checked & the cost of one is more than $2 2/14/15 bought 2004 Suzuki Verona & the sticker claimed it came with keyless entry but no remote provided. I checked & the cost of one is more than $200. Filled a claim with the BBB & sent emails but no response of any type. I finally called the salesman who showed me the car & he claims that the stickers show what would have come on the car if NEW but the sticker claims it is a feature of the car ON THE CAR. Also after the car was in my possession I was told by a mechanic that they looked at the repair made to the corner rear (drivers side) fender & it was only duct tape that was painted which is illegal & should not have passed inspection (cost over $700 to repair). This car was priced by the dealership at over $4500 and although I got the price down (my mechanic had found more than $1000 worth of repairs needed on engine, brakes, and tires) it still would have been worth far less than I got it for had I known all of this! My suggestion if you do look here is to get your mechanic to do an extensive check of any car (body as well as engine, brakes, and tires) and read the sticker to make sure anything listed as a feature really is on the car or go elsewhere! More

After dealing with the typical pushy salesman at a different dealership, my Dad and I ventured over to Hampton to look at a used Toyota Sienna. Adam Byrd was the salesman who assisted us and he was fantastic!! We initially test drove an older Sienna that I had looked at online but I just wasn't "sold" on it. I asked about looking at a 2011 Sienna XLE I had seen in their inventory. Adam immediately knew which van I was talking about and got the keys for another test drive. I was hooked and wanted this van. As most people can testify to, car buying is usually very stressful. I can honestly say that this time it was not. I was able to get what I wanted with a payment I could afford. Working with Adam was like buying from a member of my family. I felt that I could totally trust him and he wasn't just trying to make a "sale" off of me. Everyone we met at the dealership that day was very friendly and helpful, including Jaime (receptionist), and Kerry & George (finance). I will recommend Adam at Priority Toyota Hampton to anyone looking to buy new or used. More
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! My husband and I began our search last night for the perfect car for our teenage daughter. We went to Priority Totota to look at a car that we had seen online. I made the mistake of not realizing the car was at a different Priority dealership. The saleman that we spoke to, Adam Byrd was magnificent! He apologized for ME making the mistake and offered to show us another car on the lot after we told him exactly what we were looking for. The car was perfect!!! It was more than what we had in mind but after hearing about the cars features, mainly safety features and test driving it we knew it was the car we wanted. Never once did I feel pressured by Adam. He was very warm and friendly and he listened to us. We told him exactly what we could afford on the monthly payments and he made it happen within a matter of minutes. As we were waiting on the financing to be finalized didfferent employess came up and talked to us. It was a family feel business. When we went back to sign to papers and sit with the finance man I just knew something would go wrong..payments would be higher than we agreed upon, price of car would be higher, interest rate would be higher, lets face it those thing always happen. It didn't happen! Everything was exactly what was promised to us.The finance managr GeorgeVineyard was wonderful. He took his time with us and answered all of our questions. This was by far the best buying experience we've ever encountered. We would highly recommend Priority Toyota to all of our friends and family. Adam you have made a teenage girl estatic! She was so surprised and loves her car. I know it will last her for years to come. Thank you for all you did. More
