The experience of considering, selecting, negotiating, and securing just the right vehicle for my needs was excellent. I had honestly been apprehensive, having driven (and loved) my prior vehicle for nearly 18 years! This team understood. Eric and Robert provided a customer-oriented, personalized experience which was just what I needed. They communicated clearly at every juncture, offering thorough answers to my questions with patience and care. It clearly matters to them to match the right vehicle with the right customer, and they hit this one out of the ball park! At the end of the day, they helped orchestrate a complete birthday surprise for me which was so unexpected, I had no clue! They found the exact vehicle I wanted, managed to get it to the lot and encouraged me to come for a 'test drive' of a vehicle 'similar' to the one I was wanting. When I arrived and saw 'my car' sitting on the lot, I was blown away! There are no words. Keep up the great work, guys. Good things come to those who serve others well, and you two certainly have service in your hearts. Thank you! More

After he finally put his phone down and took his attention away from the game he was playing, he yelled at me from across the showroom and said he was "no one in particular so I can help you". Before he shook my hand, I could already smell the cigarette smoke surrounding him. I though about asking for someone else to work with, but all the other employees were gathered in what turned out to be Eric, the Manager's office and they were all just hanging out and laughing. After Mike finally took me on a test drive and we sat down to go over the price, Eric finally emerged from his hang out to finally introduce himself to me and say he was there to take care of me. Well, that did not happen. After he and Mike went to his office 3 times to look at the number to see if they could do it, every time they came back they lowered their price a total of $500. I told them where I needed to be on the drive out price and they refused to work with me on it. When they went to Eric's office for the 4th time, I got up and left. I don't need the song and dance of buying a car. I left and went to Kennesaw, was in and out un just over an hour with my car, at MY price. If you are looking for a New Subaru, I HIGHLY recommend driving out to Kennesaw and getting your car from them. Not only do they have the selection, but they have the best prices and customer service. I left Kennesaw happy and not needing a shower from the smell of smoke or the greasy car guy ploy Classic is playing. They are a joke and hopefully the ownership will make some serious changes there because if that is how everyone is greeted, I do not see how they would even sell 1 car. More

What I now know is that having your car serviced at Classic Subaru is horrible. Here is a short list of issues: Service Reps sit in a small cramped area where guests can barely fit in, there are an inadequate number of Service Reps to handle calls and manage customers even during non-peak times, Service Reps are understandably frustrated and not friendly nor welcoming to guests making visits incredibly unpleasant, service team reps make excuses as to why they cannot provide more information when you ask a question, and the waiting area/facilities are equivalent to visiting a PepBoys, just terrible. So if you want a longterm dealer, Classic Subaru is not a great option. Before you buy visit a dealers Service Dept because that is who your ongoing relationship will be with More

We have had the privilege of working with two Subaru salespersons at Classic Subaru as we first purchased a 2009 Forester and recently purchased a 201 We have had the privilege of working with two Subaru salespersons at Classic Subaru as we first purchased a 2009 Forester and recently purchased a 2017 Outback. In both cases we found the salesmen, Herman Jones for the Forester and Gerald Perimeter for the Outback, to be very informed about the features of the vehicles and very articulate in communicating and answering all of our questions about the vehicles.
