Regardless, Robert worked with me to find the right car after several iterations and buying from another state. When it came time to order, the process was very smooth. After the deposit was made, he kept me updated every step of the way. When the STI finally arrived at Classic, he sent texts and pictures, again keeping me updated at every turn. They made the paperwork easy, even beating the low financing rate I was bringing in. When I finally took ownership, it was Robert's day off, but he still made sure to get in touch with me and make sure everything was exactly the way I wanted. He made the buying experience a pleasure and I look forward to working with him and Classic in the future! More

I can say that by far Classic Subaru was the best, most pleasant, most knowledgeable and most professional dealership I have ever done business with. Eric Fritsch and his staff made buying a Subaru something to look forward to, not to dread. Not only do they sell a great product in Subaru, they perform as well as the product does when it comes to quality and performance. If you are looking for a lot of vehicle for the money and a dealership to back it up, Classic Subaru is the place to go. I am sure I will do business with Eric and team again. More
We were in the market for a new car and have always wanted a Subaru. We have both been loyal Honda owners all our lives, but felt like the Subaru fit our active lifestyle and wanted to give it a test wanted a Subaru. Once we drove the Outback we new it was what we wanted. John was such a great sales employee from the moment we walked in the doors until we drove off with our new car...and has even been helpful after! He made the "dreaded car buying experience" a really great experience. We really appreciate the genuine kindness from him and Eric as they helped us along with the process of buying our new car. We are very happy with the car and happy to be a part of the Subaru family. More
On our initial search for a Subaru Outback we went to Subaru of Kennnesaw first. Did not have a great experience there so we decided to try Classic Subaru even though we thought their inventory would be Subaru of Kennnesaw first. Did not have a great experience there so we decided to try Classic Subaru even though we thought their inventory would be smaller. Turned out that despite that, they had the ability to try and locate our choice of vehicle from other dealerships within a 200 mile radius which Subaru of Kennesaw never offered. Robert Hynson and Eric Fritsch were always very friendly, honest, patient and accommodating with us for the at least four times we came in to research our car choice. It was a pleasure to work with them and, I would recommend Classic Subaru to anyone. More
I recently purchased a new XV Crosstrek from Subaru of Atlanta and my experience was great. This was the first time I've ever purchased a new car and I was extremely nervous. The staff was very nice and made me feel comfortable throughout my experience. I love my new car and am happy that I now own a Subaru, especially from this dealership. Unfortunately I damaged my rims already on a curb and had to bring the car in to get serviced. I was pleased to find that servicing my vehicle at Subaru of Atlanta was a positive experience as well. While I was shopping for my new car I visited several other dealerships and these guys were more professional and friendly than all the others, by far. I would highly recommend stopping by and taking a look at your next, or first Subaru. More
I got out-the-door bids by email from 7 dealers for a particular Subaru Forester to be ordered from Japan. Classic was the low bidder. (That doesn't mean, of course, that you will get a low price if yo particular Subaru Forester to be ordered from Japan. Classic was the low bidder. (That doesn't mean, of course, that you will get a low price if you walk in there and attempt to negotiate with them.) When we went to pick up the car, they tried to sell us a long list of worthless or overpriced services and accessories, like extended warranties and service contracts, and a $500 car wax job. But it wasn't really a hard sell and they accepted our "no" to everything. I gave them a check for the price they had quoted in the email and we drove away. Clark Howard on the radio says to never go into a dealership except to pick up the car you have bought over the internet, and that is what we did. More
We never thought of buying a Subaru but we are glad we did! One Saturday after running errands we passed by the dealership and met Robert. He offered us to test drive the new Forrester and we never looked back. We had been shopping around for a car for a year and half. What I like about Robert the most is his personality. He is very personable but not over the top. Some of the other dealerships try too hard and it doesnt seem sincere. We didnt get that from Robert. Also his knowledge about cars is overwhelming. The guy knows his stuff and he very aware what other makes and models have and dont have. Very impressive! Robert never pressured us and listened to our needs and requests. He made the whole dreaded buying process seemless. Thank you so much Robert! Our finance guy was very personable and he stayed late to go over our finance needs. He made us feel valued and important not just a number. Thank you finance man! (sorry i forgot his name - it was late and we were the last to leave). More

Not only did he make the purchasing process painless, the high level of customer service continued even after we drove our new Outback off the lot. I would highly recommend Classic Subaru of Atlanta for customer service and price (we compared at least 6 other Subaru dealerships in Georgia). Also, ask for Robert -- we really enjoyed working with him and never felt like he was pressuring us to make a purchase (which we can't say the same for other Subaru dealerships we encountered). More

The day we were expecting the car to arrive from another dealership Robert called and told me that the other dealership had made a mistake with their inventory and the car was not available. He and the manager handled this as well as they possible could have. I did not have a car so they offered me a loaner until a new car could be found. They made it right. We found a new car and we bought it. Price was as promised. Happy customer. More

Erik and Robert were extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and I can honestly say I felt zero pressure. From the online inquiry, to the test drive, to getting a tow hitch installed, I experienced nothing but courtesy and friendliness from the entire Subaru team. If you're in the market for a Subaru, I highly recommend you give these guys a call. You won't be disappointed. More
