When we picked up our car, Robert spent several hours with us going over everything we needed to know about the car. He helped us with the rearview mirror navigation system, the Bluetooth and much more. He offered help to us anytime we might have a question. We felt that both Robert & Eric showed great concern that we should be happy and satisfied with our choices. We felt we had made two new friends by the time we drove away in our car. Sooooo today, Robert and I arranged time when I could get some more help. He spent time helping me understand more about Bluetooth and how to program the phone. He also helped with the navigations system. I am confident, that I can always get my questions answered, and that's a good feeling. More

These guys rock. Herman, Eric and John were amazing. They got us into an amazing car at an amazing price. Herman's been at this dealership for 15 years, John drove the exact car we were buying and Eric has a Forester with 250,000 miles on it that sits in the showroom so you can see how amazing it still looks. They love Subarus and they quickly made me into a believer. They worked with us and within our budget to get an incredible car- the XV Crosstrek. We could not be happier with our experience, our car and the feeling we walked away with. We feel so secure and genuinely satisfied with getting a fun, safe, affordable vehicle. I brought my car from high school to them to trade in for a new Subaru. This was my first time buying a car without my parents and of course I was concerned about fast talking salesmen. Robert worked with me to decide between a Subaru Forrester and Crosstrek. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about both cars noting the differences and trying to help me decide which to pur Forrester and Crosstrek. The price was right where he had quoted me online, which was nice. Robert showed me in detail all the cars necessary features, especially safety ones, and set up bluetooth and favorites. Eric, the sales manager, stayed to make sure all of the details were taken care of until the dealership closed. I had test driven Subarus at other dealerships and none were as knowledgeable as Robert...or as enthusiastic.
