He took the time to not only talk about the features of my new 2014 Subaru Forester, but to show me how they all worked. He even helped me setup my Bluetooth in my car so I could listen to music and make phone calls through the wireless system. Herman is a great asset to Classic Subaru and I would definitely recommend anybody to him or the great staff over there. More

This experience shopping at Subaru of Atlanta was the best i have ever had! Other car manufactures dealerships left a very bad taste in my mouth after dealing with them, which is why I didn't buy a car best i have ever had! After 2 days of dealing with Robert Hynson I knew i was going to end up getting a Subaru from him. His experience and willingness to find answers for me was very refreshing. He did not once try to get me into a car i didn't want and he worked very hard to find the exact car i requested. When other dealerships has trouble finding the car i wanted they would try to persuade me into a car with features i didn't want or need just to get their sale. Robert and the whole team at Subaru of Atlanta (Classic Subaru) were very helpful and friendly and i will be returning to them even though its a 2 hour trip. More

Robert Hynson is the complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesman. He is professional, personable, and knowledgable. He promptly followed up on my questions but I never felt pressured t stereotypical car salesman. He is professional, personable, and knowledgable. I purchased my first Subaru vehicle and could not be more happy with my purchase and the process of purchasing the vehicle from Classic Subaru. I sent a request online about a vehicle and received a prompt r happy with my purchase and the process of purchasing the vehicle from Classic Subaru. I sent a request online about a vehicle and received a prompt response from Robert. I appreciated his openness and transparency about everything throughout. My experience with Robert was nothing like the "normal" sales person encounter. I never felt pressured, the mood was very laid back. We even talked about local trails, biking, and hiking. I'm very happy I was able to work with Robert, and look forward to possibly purchasing another vehicle from him in the future. More

We enjoyed the experience so much that when we decided to purchase a second vehicle, we went back to Subaru and specifically sought out Robert Hynson to assist us. He is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. It was a very smooth transaction, in both cases, and we are very appreciative of his assistance. Normally, you have to deal with high pressure salespeople at a dealership- that was not our experience at all with Robert. Since we're now a Subaru household, we look forward to working with him in the future for our next purchase, and would encourage others to do the same. More
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I really did not get the feeling that they were pushing to sell a car like other dealerships I have been to. From the start this was a very different experience. Made an appointment with Robert and from the beginning it was going downhill. It seemed like every questions I asked went over his head and he answered with another statement about himself or his Jeep, I don't think he knows he sells Subaru. If you have the chance to work with him, don't ask questions, it won't help. More
