If I could give Classic Nissan a zero, I would. The MSRP's increase in the sale price was represented as controlled by the Nissan Corporation not the dealership. Although Classic Nissan in Sanford was a certified True Car dealership when we purchased the vehicle, they did not honor the True Car price and subsequently claimed not to be associated with True Car. The vehicle did not have the options that we paid for. After many conversations with Nissan Inc, True Car and Classic Nissan, they said they would refund missing option if we drove there and picked up the check. We live 1 1/2 hour away from the dealership. Nissan Inc, True Car and our phone calls were not returned. Many of the staff there have full mailboxes and we could not even leave voice mails. Some of the staff were pleasant when we were purchasing but after we discovered missing options etc, would not respond to our inquiries. More
