We were sold a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle then a week later, we were called and told that the vehicle wasn’t CPO- despite their advertisement, and the CarFax documenting the vehicle as CPO. The used car later, we were called and told that the vehicle wasn’t CPO- despite their advertisement, and the CarFax documenting the vehicle as CPO. The used car manager told me that I needed to bring the car back due to their error. I told him “I’ve already given you the check and paid for the car- I have a signed sales agreement”. He told me that they could “change things because it’s only an Addendum”. I still have zero idea what legal knowledge this fellow thought he had. I had signed documents from them saying the vehicle was sold as CPO. The service mngr eventually straightened it out- as it IS a CPO vehicle. Then, we had an I-owe-you from them to make a repair- we showed up to drop the vehicle and get the loaner car- only to have dash lights come on. Called the dealership and was told to figure out what tires were low (while driving down the hwy- I am pregnant and have my 1 yr old in the car- I shouldn’t have to do that). The dlrship said that once I figured out what tires had issues- that I should just keep putting air in them. Again, I shouldn’t have to do this. I brought the loaner back and picked up my car- because I can’t risk getting stuck on the road with my kid- and pregnant. The GM was over the top rude and defensive when I expressed of the lack of professionalism and terrible customer service that I had experienced during my 3 visits to the dlrshp. I told him that I was going to file a complaint with the Mills Auto corporate- and he laughed and said “I am corporate- they’ll just tell me- and I am not going to do anything else”. The WORST experience we have ever had at a dlrshp. There is zero excuse for their terrible customer service. More
