I had put off buying a car from a dealership for a long time based on a previous experience. It was a ton of unnecessary haggling and arguing over a used car that was very standard. Let me start off by admitting the price of the car I just bought was what brought me here. I know that I just got the best deal on a great car I could possibly have asked for anywhere. Then comes the service. Jimmy and Kelly were both great. They were very friendly and very efficient. The speed of service was astounding, but I did not feel rushed or uninformed. Mainly because I knew I was getting such a good deal and I knew they were not giving me any sort of run-around. In my past experience, I felt as though I was a pawn in some sort of show or game. It was all so unnecessary, but I did not have that feeling at all with this experience. Jimmy and Kelly were simply very knowledgeable and wanted me to leave with a car I really wanted. There was also room for personality as well. I felt I could speak freely, be myself, and ask any questions I needed to ask. Overall, it was a much more relaxed and easy experience than I anticipated and I can honestly say it was because of the great service from Jimmy and Kelly.
