I have given Crossroads Nissan and Michael Simpson the rating I have, because I have never been in a more customer oriented dealership to buy a car. I visited the dealership with the intention of looking:-) Greg Brockington and Jimmy Kamara were so professional and did not give me the hard sale; this made me very comfortable. Great sales experience. Everyone very helpful. I do not normally like being approached by car sales-people, but Mr. Jimmy Kamara is the exception - He is a great salesman. Actually was coming in to drop off a used nissan for general service. Jimmy got us (my son) into a new sentra . I had put off buying a car from a dealership for a long time based on a previous experience. It was a ton of unnecessary haggling and arguing over a used car that was very standard. Let me start off by admitting the price of the car I just bought was what brought me here. I know that I just got the best deal on a great car I could possibly have asked for anywhere. Then comes the service. Jimmy and Kelly were both great. They were very friendly and very efficient. The speed of service was astounding, but I did not feel rushed or uninformed. Mainly because I knew I was getting such a good deal and I knew they were not giving me any sort of run-around. In my past experience, I felt as though I was a pawn in some sort of show or game. It was all so unnecessary, but I did not have that feeling at all with this experience. Jimmy and Kelly were simply very knowledgeable and wanted me to leave with a car I really wanted. There was also room for personality as well. I felt I could speak freely, be myself, and ask any questions I needed to ask. Overall, it was a much more relaxed and easy experience than I anticipated and I can honestly say it was because of the great service from Jimmy and Kelly. Okay, for starters, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. I love new cars and have purchased/traded-in several in the last three (3) years. Don't ask me why, I've just been looking for "the right one". I was very particular in my searching of a car this time, making sure it was what I wanted and at a price that was right. I purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima and received $7,000 off MSRP! Of course that's a special that's going on now, so that discount might not be typical. I arrived at the Nissan dealership at 1230pm. When I arrived, I got out of my car and was greeted by a sales associate before I even closed and locked my car doors. My sales associate was Mr. Jimmy Kamara. He greeted my wife and I with a smile and a handshake. His first question was, "What brings you to Nissan?". My reply was, "A new Maxima!". Luckily for me, he is the owner of a new Maxima and had plenty to say about them. We walked directly to the row of new Maximas and he started breaking it down for me. I'm very car-savvy, but he told me things only a true expert would/could know. After going over several things, I picked out a color/trim that I liked and was comfortable doing so due to the thorough information he provided during the selection process. We then walked inside and he offered us food and drinks while getting the "numbers crunched". Less than ten (10) minutes later, he came back with a great offer and no negotiations had to take place. He then checked my credit, of course, and I was signing papers less than an hour later! The paperwork signing process was less than thirty (30) minutes. I had a clean (new) car filled with gas and was out the door with keys in hand by 5pm! I was very happy with my experience and was well informed throughout the entire process. They made me feel at home and welcome the whole afternoon. I will buy from Nissan of Sanford again and will for sure recommend this dealership as well. Trust me, go here and be sure to ASK FOR JIMMY!
