Working with Kristi Setzer during our purchase process, she took time and allowed us to drive a few versions of the new Pathfinder. She also offered some great insight to what would make us happy for the long run in a family-minded vehicle. Ray Turner and Mike James worked with us pricing/financing our vehicle and both were professional and polite. Having experience working with both the sales and parts departments during our purchase, I know both departments to be professional and considerate of your needs. I expect the service department will offer the same level service. The final price of our vehicle was fair and negotiations were not high pressure or stressful in any way. Crossroads did not play any "games" during our purchase process and I appreciated that. When we were still thinking, we walked away with no pressure. It made me feel like they wanted us to be happy with our purchase as much as they wanted to sale us a car. I don't think you can ask for much more than that.
