All he required was my handshake and promise that I'll buy the car if Meineke says it's clean - didn't have to sign anything or make a down payment or anything like that. After some negotiating we found a price that was acceptable for both Priority and me. Haven't had any issues with the car yet (it's been 7 months), which is great! So I can't comment on their lifetime warranty. More
