After experiencing something of a disappointing day in Richmond looking for a vehicle I was directed by my companion (who had purchased a vehicle from Ms. Gilmore in Jan 2020 and bragged about the outstanding service she received) to try Ms. Gilmore, within 3 to 4 hours I had been thoroughly informed regarding the vehicle I wanted, briefed on all available amenities and accessories I could purchase, financing availability, signed documents for subject purchase and out the door! Now I see why I was given such a great deal, because my car was a LEMON I’ve had nothing but problems with it in the 6 months I’ve had it and Yvonne could careless all I get is “well I’m sorry but it’s nothing I can do” please don’t waste your time with her you know what they say about used car salesmen. Please get a new car that way you can be assured there’s no issues and maybe you’ll get a salesman that isn’t putting on an act. More
