Best car buying experience ever. I had to file bankruptcy after several recent hardships. I received letters in the mail about buying a new car from many different places, but the one I had to file bankruptcy after several recent hardships. I received letters in the mail about buying a new car from many different places, but the one from Priority Nissan and John Figueroa caught my attention. I filled out the credit application online and got a call the next day. Mr. Figueroa verified my information and asked when I could come and pick out my car. I live over an hour away from the dealership, and the drive was worth it. I was able to choose the car I wanted not told what to choose. I was in and out of the dealership in 3 hours the longest part was me picking and test driving cars. Mr Figueroa is a man of his word and made this the best car buying experience I ever had. Did not do what was promised I dealt on the phone with a salesman after coming the previous day and not getting assistance, the salesman brought me on 7/4/15 saying we could make I dealt on the phone with a salesman after coming the previous day and not getting assistance, the salesman brought me on 7/4/15 saying we could make the deal at a specific price, are you sure I said he reassured me. Bottom line it was 9 dollars over the promise, not big deal but don't promise something and then not follow through. Salesman was great, he was embarrassed. I hope I will enjoy the car, so far so good. More

GREAT EXPERIENCE I'm always a little skeptic whenever I buy a car because a LOT of sales people are pushy and just out for the BUCK. John was ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND B I'm always a little skeptic whenever I buy a car because a LOT of sales people are pushy and just out for the BUCK. John was ABSOLUTELY ABOVE AND BEYOND my expectations of what a "true" salesman or woman should be.. He made me wanna trust people again.. Everyone in this dealership went above and beyond Customer Service approach including the Finance Manager who jus made me feel like "family"..what could have been a "dark time" in my life was turned into a "stepping stone" I'll never forget..
