Not Always Right My car buying experience from here was not fair and I would honestly not recommend this location. Not only was I belittled and bullied into buying my My car buying experience from here was not fair and I would honestly not recommend this location. Not only was I belittled and bullied into buying my car, I was never given a price until the loan was submitted to the bank. The place felt all about the money not how the customer felt. I told them 3-4 times what I wanted and no one listened. I still regret buying my car from them and would love to get something different but kinda stuck now. More

Excellent Service Advisor I called Berna Aguirre Friday while I was work and told her my problem. She told me what I needed to do, made an appointment for Saturday and told me I called Berna Aguirre Friday while I was work and told her my problem. She told me what I needed to do, made an appointment for Saturday and told me how long it would take. When I arrived a few minutes early she prepared a work order, told me how long it would take and directed me to the customer service waiting area. Thirty minutes later, she let me know my car was ready and I was able to leave. When ever I come there for any type of work that needs to be done, I always ask for Berna Aguirre. More
