service with a smile I bought my new Nissan here three years ago when I was having some financial problems and they treated me with respect and helped me get a payment and I bought my new Nissan here three years ago when I was having some financial problems and they treated me with respect and helped me get a payment and car I'd like. This was my first time using the service department as I live in Virginia Beach and it's quite the hike to drive to Newport News for routine maintenance. However, I needed some warranty work done so I decided to get "everything" I needed all at once - an inspection, oil change, car wash, tire rotation, warranty work, new wiper blade and interior detailing. I had received a $25 off coupon in the mail a few weeks earlier and it helped offset the cost of the detailing and tire rotation. John Figueroa was my initial salesperson and Sarah Moore was my service contact. I was happy with their service both times. Sarah was in communication throughout my 5 hour stay in their waiting room. My only "advice" to the dealership is to possibly give realistic time-frames for how long things are going to take. I had an appointment at 10:00 and I figured two hours, tops, for everything. However, I didn't get out until after 1:00 and I had to be back in VB by 2:30 for another appointment, which I missed because I got stuck in HRBT traffic for over 30 minutes. Also, I wasn't aware I could go to any Priority shop for service. I thought I had to take it to the one where I bought my car. Apparently, there's a Priority within 15 minutes of my home in VB. Next time, I'll ask more questions. :) More

Mr. Figueroa was so kind to send me some information that could possibly help me with my situation. On Labor Day I took a chance and visited Priority Nissan in Newport News instead of going back to Dan The Man Chesapeake. My experience at Priority was definitely one of sincerity from the staff in their efforts to help me get back on the road. I have purchased five Nissan cars in the pass several years. After my Altima just died with no warning I was about to give up on Nissan. However, Mr. Figueroa changed that quickly. His professionalism, charm and the fact that he was sincere about helping me convinced me to try Nissan Altima once again. Mr. Figueroa's salesmanship is definitely something you guys should bottle up and spread it abroad. I can proudly say that I am and will continue to be part of the Nissan Family. Thank you so much Mr. Figueroa not only for helping me to get a new car but for all your help on Wednesday to make things right after I was told to come back for a car wash. You are simply the best!!!! better than all the Rest!!! More
