The Best I have been to other dealerships and this was the best experience that I had had ever, the salesman was very helpful in getting me the things that I w I have been to other dealerships and this was the best experience that I had had ever, the salesman was very helpful in getting me the things that I wanted, being that I had conversation with him and letting him know the vehicle that I was interested in. He stated that he got me and boy he meant exactly what he stated to me that he had me. The day of purchase was the best one ever it went so smooth sailing, he broke everything down to me of what I was getting and how to go about getting other things done to improve my credit. No other salesman has ever done this for me ever and even if he does not know all of the help that I received from him it was greatly appreciated more than he knew. I also got a reasonable payment and good deal on the vehicle. I would and will recommend this salesman and dealership to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle . An Amazing Experience I would have to say that Priority Nissan of Newport News is the best car dealership in the 757 area!! The staff was very courteous, worked extra hard I would have to say that Priority Nissan of Newport News is the best car dealership in the 757 area!! The staff was very courteous, worked extra hard to get me in and outout, and their cars are amazing. My salesman was John Figeroua, I was referred to him by my older brother who bought a car from him 2 months ago. My brother was so pleased with his service that I knew he was good. I live in Chesapeake and completed a preapproval application online, I was preapproved fast! I then contacted John, who started the final approval process within 2 days I was approved and headed to Newport News with my documentation to pick out my car! I chose a 2013 Nissan Juke, that was fully loaded and had low milage. If you are looking for a hassle free opportunity to own a car please call John Figeroua at Priority Nissan of Newport News! First Time buyer with a "not so good" credit history! I came into Priority Nissan of Newport News originally just to get some advice on how I could get approved for a car purchase with a negative credit h I came into Priority Nissan of Newport News originally just to get some advice on how I could get approved for a car purchase with a negative credit history and being a first time buyer. Mr. John Figueroa was very polite to me, even after hearing of my credit issues. And trust me, from my experience, that doesn't happen a lot. He didn’t have the make and model in his inventory with the price range and monthly payments that were in my personal budget. However, he took my information down and said he would contact me if the make and model I was requesting became available. The next day I continued my search by using google and I found a car that would suit me, so I called the number listed next to the vehicle to see if it was still available. The sales rep advised me that it was no longer available but he handed the phone to this energetic guy who I later found out was Mr. Richard Mendez. I explained my story and he promised me he could help me get the car I wanted in a newer model with an interest rate way better than what my credit union was offering. Come to find out, the place where I was calling was the same Priority Nissan where I met John Figueroa. John and Richard teamed up and got me approved for the car I wanted, kept it within my monthly payment budget, and got me a way better interest rate than what my credit union had offered me. Plus, my purchase included the Priorities for Life benefits, which are amazing. These guys make an awesome team and I strongly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a car to go and visit them.
