Refreshing Experience that was not expected I've purchased about 6 cars in the last 10 years. My last car 2011 quest I was in the dealership for more than 6 hours!!! Not at Priority, aside from communicating with me prior to my visit. When I arrived John asked me what mattered to me. Price, model, features. The thing is he stayed with in those guide lines. And even though I had to cut the visit short (kids) John offered to bring another model to me at work. The next day the car was there before I arrived to work. I can go on and on. But I can say as long as John work's in auto sales I Will not visit another dealership. They have raised the bar at priority Nissan to a level I don't trust other dealerships will ever meet. They remembered it's about the people not the number or sale. More

By the time I got home I realized that something was not right with the brakes and after talking to Sarah Moore, she had me return the next day and diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. She kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process and checked out the vehicle before she let me leave. She was pleasant and had a great sense of humor. More
