Maxima. The salesman that handled the purchase of my vehicle was Mike Smith. He said he was fairly new so just work with me. And I'M SO GLAD I DID! He helped me get one heck of a deal. Without giving specifics he saved me over 5 grand and an extra $200 in my pocket every month. I don't believe he is new at all. Lol He is the man and I highly recommended you ask for him. Thanks Mike More
2004 Nissan Armada I paid over $10,000 cash for the vehicle. Trusted this guy him knowing where I'm from and I just relocated here. Yet he sold me a vehicle that lost it I paid over $10,000 cash for the vehicle. Trusted this guy him knowing where I'm from and I just relocated here. Yet he sold me a vehicle that lost it's brakes while driving only a day after I picked it up. Then I got a flat tire a few weeks later on the rear, I removed the tire just to see the whole suspension is severely corroded. I took a big lost, vehicle not even worth $2,000. Never again. More

Quick, easy, no games I enjoyed the fact that they didn't play any games. They were right to the point and it didn't take a long time to get the deal done. I enjoyed the fact that they didn't play any games. They were right to the point and it didn't take a long time to get the deal done. More
Very poor after the sale customer service On 12/17 my wife and I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Priority Nissan in Newport News. Due to the standard sales BS it was 9:00pm before On 12/17 my wife and I purchased a used 2013 Nissan Pathfinder from Priority Nissan in Newport News. Due to the standard sales BS it was 9:00pm before the deal was done (We came into the dealership about 4:30 that afternoon.)there was no one around to clean and prep the vehicle for delivery. We were assured by our salesmen, Andrew Chu, if we brought the vehicle back next week they would take care of it for us. I called Andrew on Monday, 12/19, and told him my wife would be bringing the car in on Wednesday morning(12/21) and he assured me they would take care of it. I called him back on Tuesday and since he was out spoke with Keith Dennis, Gen. Mgr., and confirmed with him she would not need an appointment. He stated she would not need an appointment and since he was going to be out on Wednesday he would talk with Sam, Sales Manager, and make sure he was aware of what needed to be done to the vehicle. My wife takes the vehicle in on Wednesday morning(12/21) and talks with Sam who gives her the deer in the headlights look because he didn't have a clue as to what she was there for. He eventually tells her he will take care of it and she goes to wait in their waiting area where she spends about an hour and 1/2 until she is told there are four other vehicles ahead of her. She informs them she has another appointment and they make no effort to try and get the car done for her so she leaves. I then went online and made an appointment to have the car detailed on Friday 12/23 at 9:00am. I arrived at the dealership at approximately 8:45 am and approach the service desk of Heather the service writer assigned for my appointment. She is busy doing something on her computer so I stand there for several minutes without any acknowledgement while she completes whatever it was that was more important than the customer who is in front of her. She finishes what she was doing and ask my name and what the car was in for. I explained I was bringing the car in to have it detailed. During this conversation, another employee overhears us and says she knows what needs to be done and she will take care of it. Heather goes back to whatever and I track down Keith Dennis and tell him how I would like to be able to recommend Priority Nissan to my friends and family, but at this point I'm disappointed at the service we have received. (Hint here, you got another chance to fix this.) He apologizes for the miscommunication and assures me the car will be taken care of and we will receive a full tank of gas for our trouble. Feeling somewhat confident the car is in good hands I retreat to the waiting area.where I sit for about an hours or so. Keith finally comes in and says the car will be brought around in a few minutes so I go outside and wait for the car. They finally bring the car out and I go over to find the rear quarter panel is still dirty and it hasn't been dried. I walk back inside to find someone and one of the other sale managers, Tom, asked me what the problem was and I tell him the car is still dirty and hasn't been dried or properly vacuumed. He has one of the prep guys come out and dry off the car, but he doesn't make any effort to take the car back to vacuum it. Tom comes outside and ask me if it is ok and I tell him it still hasn't been vacuumed so he sends the car back to the prep area. I wait around for about another 45 minutes or longer and they bring the car back out and I go over it with the prep guy. I find that the car still hasn't been vacuumed under the mats or in the 3rd row floor area. At this point, since I had been there for 3 hours, I told the prep guy to forget it I'd clean the car myself when I got home and I left. Hopefully, I can find one of the other Priority dealerships closer to my home that can provide better level of customer service to handle my "Priorities for Life" services in the future. More

I will agree that the maintenance plan is one of the best I have experienced, except the they do not perform the services in which is due. We have had problem after problems when getting our services done. The most recent, I was told by the service manager that he can only go by his paper work and not the plan in which I purchased, because if he went by my service plan he would be losing money. Yet since I raised concern, he would perform the other services which was due according to my plan on the house this time. My wife & I have always had concerns if we were really getting the services in which we paid for under our platinum maintenance plan from the very beginning. To my fellow vets, make sure that you check to make sure you are getting the services due when visiting this dealership. More

The second trip exeeded our expectations, that were already high! John Figueroa is the best! He is attentive, treats you like family, and goes the extra mile! We always recommend John and Priority Nissan to anyone we know that is looking for a new (or used) vehicle. We bought our vehicle a couple weeks ago and John has followed up with us to make sure we are enjoying our purchase. I really can't say enough good things!! Thank you John and Priority Nissan. More
The Best Service I Have EVER received at a Car Dealership I read all the reviews prior to meeting Mr. John Figueroa and I can honestly say, I would have to agree with the excellent service I received on today I read all the reviews prior to meeting Mr. John Figueroa and I can honestly say, I would have to agree with the excellent service I received on today. I expected to leave the dealership with a car that "they" wanted me to have but instead I left with a car that I wanted and loved. From the time that I stepped foot in the door, I felt welcomed. I was more than just a fair credit score. Never did I imagine driving off the lot with the 2016 Nissan Altima. NO Down Payment, and title and taxes were included. I have literally spent all day in some dealership but John and Maggie Titus are a dynamic duo. They had me in and out! Maggie even drove me to the pump to fill up my new car and it is without a doubt that every car that I buy from this point will be from Priority. Thank you John and Maggie for the excellent customer service and professional courtesy that you rendered on today. I will definitely send more customer your way. More
