A life changing experience! L. Fields, RVA I first received a post card in 2016 with Mr. John Figueroa's information on it and I just placed it on the fridge. It was there for months and I walked past it one morning and I decided it was time to call John. I had been so used to people not being able to help so I believed it was the norm. I did not expect this experience to be any different but thankfully it was! I came down to the car lot to look at cars and due to my special criteria I could only choose from selected vehicles. That day I could not find one that I was crazy about but John and his right hand man Ryan did not stop there. I tried to go to another Priority dealership but I felt that the level of service I received was just for a sale and not to truly help me. Then less than a week later John calls me back and states he has the perfect car for me. I mean it had all the bells and whistles, I had the approval, and all I had to do was sign my paperwork. He always was professional, he let me know what I needed, and he did everything he said he would do!!! The best part is he did not give up on me and he got it all worked out to get my family and I in a great dependable vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Figueroa to anyone regardless of their situation. He more than helped me and I am sure he can do the same for you!!! More

Mohameed was the exact opposite, he was understanding, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and worked diligently to make sure I was happy.
