Honesty at its finest. I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but the service I received from Korbie Jackson was exemplary. You see, I was on my way to my sons s I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, but the service I received from Korbie Jackson was exemplary. You see, I was on my way to my sons soccer game when I stopped at the store to purchase some things. After leaving the store, I set my wallet on the back of my car. To my horror, I realized what I had done after driving for about three miles. When I stopped to look for it, the wallet was gone. I continued on to the game sick to death because I had just withdrew $120 and my debit and ID card were all in my wallet. While I waited for my sons game to start I checked my email and I had an email from Korbie Jackson simply titled "I have something for Yolanda Brooks, did you lose something?" Thinking it was spam I initially ignored it. Then I decided to call the number given to see what it was about. I am pleased to say that Mr. Jackson found my wallet and somehow figured out how to contact me to tell me he found my wallet. He was so gracious and agreed to meet me to give it back. I know this story is long, but I truly wanted to express the depth of my appreciation for this man. He restored my faith in humanity. When I am in the market to purchase a car he will be the first person I go to. Honesty is the best policy, and he has shown that he is an honest person . More

It was there for months and I walked past it one morning and I decided it was time to call John. I had been so used to people not being able to help so I believed it was the norm. I did not expect this experience to be any different but thankfully it was! I came down to the car lot to look at cars and due to my special criteria I could only choose from selected vehicles. That day I could not find one that I was crazy about but John and his right hand man Ryan did not stop there. I tried to go to another Priority dealership but I felt that the level of service I received was just for a sale and not to truly help me. Then less than a week later John calls me back and states he has the perfect car for me. I mean it had all the bells and whistles, I had the approval, and all I had to do was sign my paperwork. He always was professional, he let me know what I needed, and he did everything he said he would do!!! The best part is he did not give up on me and he got it all worked out to get my family and I in a great dependable vehicle. I would recommend Mr. Figueroa to anyone regardless of their situation.
