I really had not thought about getting a new car because I was content with my 2008 Dodge Charger and also skeptical. However, I received like 3 or 4 letters from this guy name John, so I decided to give him a call since he seemed persistent. Once I spoke to John about my situation he went into more depth of the bankruptcy process around my car than my lawyer. I was so impressed because I learned things that I had no clue about. I submitted my application was approved and scheduled an appointment. During my visit to look for me a new used car John was the same person I spoke to over the phone , he was nice, helpful, and patience. I appreciated John patience because I'm a very picky person so I said No a lot to the selections which all was wonderful cars they just was not what I wanted. So finally I saw the car I wanted which was a 2015 Dodge Charger. I continued the normal process of getting a vehicle and was very satisfied with the outcome. I must say John is not the average Salesperson because I never felt rushed or like he just wanted to get a sale. He mad me feel like I was his only customer and he didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. Thank you John!! More
