Given my circumstances and inability to personally come into the dealership, Marisa was beyond helpful. She eliminated as much of the red tape as possible and kept me informed through every step of the process via text, email, and phone calls. Needless to say with Marisa's help I got approved for a brand new 2017 Nissan Altima. I'm looking forward to picking up the vehicle this saturday. She is absolutely awesome, not to mention even after hours when she was off the clock, she took pictures of the vehicle for me.
