Made appt. Explained problem. Tech recommended replacing switch but could not confirm it was the problem and they still charged me $60 for a guess not a diagnostic. So on May 12th, myself and a friend actu switch but could not confirm it was the problem and they still charged me $60 for a guess not a diagnostic. So on May 12th, myself and a friend actually troubleshot the problem using logic and a test light. The results....no power at the brake switch. Further troubleshooting revealed not a bad switch as recommended by the priority "technical expert" but a bad "stop lamp" micro fuse in the fuse box under the hood. There are certified technicians that could not troubleshoot themselves out of a wet paper bag; and there fixers that use logic, tools, and knowledge of how things work to find the solution and actually fix things. Needless to say I cannot recommend this dealership. More
this is the most neglagent dealership I have ever had to deal with. They are unwilling to admit fault and even try to help with a solution. I have clear proof that they did not repair my transmission and ra deal with. They are unwilling to admit fault and even try to help with a solution. I have clear proof that they did not repair my transmission and radiator as claimed. My mechanic even sent proof that radiator was not replaced which caused the engine to fail, they decided to take the low road and ignore the pictures of the old radiator with the original tag and seriel number from the factory. Nissan claims that there is no way to trace it to the original. we purchased the transmission and radiator and had it shipped to them, because of this they don't have any paper work of the work done. I think that falls on poor business standers. They should be required to keep records of all work done, or they have it and choose to ignore it to make it easier to deny. I sent a copy of the paper work showing the transmission was shipped with a radiator. The picture they received did not look a 3 year old radiator if they replaced it when they say did. My mechanic has stated to them and me that he does not think the radiator was ever replaced. I was only asking for some help, and they refused and told me we are done. That was very nice. So I guess because I am a woman I could be dismissed. Even my husband thought that was the case.I will never recommend nissan to anyone I know or even talk to. More
My daughter and I decided to go to a five star dealership for a used vehicle rather than try our chances with a third party owner for the peace of mind they would give with their bumper to bumper inspections for a used vehicle rather than try our chances with a third party owner for the peace of mind they would give with their bumper to bumper inspections and licensing in house. We decided to purchase a 2010 Jeep Liberty from Priority Nissan. It came with their guaranty and a recent state inspection. My daughter and I are both active duty and she was leaving for Michigan for her first unit in six days. We drove the car home and we were happy. The next day it left her stranded in Newport News. The car would not start and after it cooled down started and she drove it for then day with no issues. The next day she drove it to get her Covid test before deployment and it would not start again. We waited about 20 minutes and it started and we drove it directly to the dealership. She had driven it less than 100 miles. When we arrived they tried to start the car an it would not start. They said they would look at it and get back to us. They did not call us that day, daughter called the next day said they would call her back and did not. After three days my daughter and I decided to show up in person for some answers as she needed to leave soon. When I asked for the paperwork they said they didn't have any for the vehicle. They told me and my daughter that we would have to talk to the sales manager before they would do anything as they needed to know who was paying for the repairs. Took over an hour to get to even talk to the sales manger and he wanted to talk about options for payment. After two more hours of talking I finally got paperwork for the car and the sales manager agreed that they would pay for the repairs, but they would not be in time for my daughter to leave for her military obligation of report. When I asked if we could trade for another car or give it back as part of their guaranty, I was told no and that they were doing all they can do for me and that did not apply to my car. Guess their sign should read some people can have it all, because I defiantly did not get any guaranty. My daughter now has no money to get new car and has to take one of mine to meet her report date. We get the car returned to us five days later. The next day I drive it on the freeway for the first time and the car starts vibrating and is very loud. I take it to a shop where I can get it on a lift and find that the tires are dry rotted and to the wear marks in the tires, exhaust muffler has rusted holes in it, and heat shielding is not attached to the car at all and is sitting on the exhaust system. I have called the dealership about these items, that were inspected by the dealership for the VA State Police Inspection in February of 2021. I have had to replace the tires and exhaust system in order to drive the car safely. I have yet to receive a return phone call. This dealership cares more about making money than ensuring the safety of it's customers, even to the point of committing fraud with inspections. I understand when you buy an as is vehicle you take on some risk and liability, but with-in the first few days after purchase? There are laws for this for a reason. Thank you to those who have read this review in its entirety. I can not in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle. I give one star only because I have too to write a review. More

Good evening. I would like to comment on the professionalism, knowledge, communication, courtesy and patience that was extended to me by LaDonna Taliferro and Melissa Gary. There aren't enough professionalism, knowledge, communication, courtesy and patience that was extended to me by LaDonna Taliferro and Melissa Gary. There aren't enough words to describe the customer service that I received, while purchasing my 2016 Nissan Frontier. I will definitely recommend these ladies when in the market for a vehicle.
