Upon not purchasing on our first meeting, Mr. Jackson called to let me know his dealership was still there for me. I did my homework and still returned to Mr. Jackson because of the comfort I felt with dealing with him. Korbie is an awesome salesman. I was shopping for a vehicle, between Nissan and Honda. I first spoke with Korbie on Monday 01/08/2018, after speaking and emailing I agreed to meet I was shopping for a vehicle, between Nissan and Honda. I first spoke with Korbie on Monday 01/08/2018, after speaking and emailing I agreed to meet with him at 5pm, Tuesday, 01/09/2018, I had to change the time a couple of times and he was still available. Scheduled at 5pm, we finally made it at 635pm, there was Korbie and the whole team, eagerly awaiting my arrival. The entire process took roughly an hour, thanks to Patrick, James and of course Korbie. Went over everything with me and also called me the morning after. I can't speak enough on how the team was awesome enough. I thought Barton Ford would be mine for life, I have since changed my thinking. It was UNCALLED FOR & STAFF UNAPOLOGETIC On 12/16/2017, I had a SCHEDULED APPT. to have my oil changed, tires rotated, etc. After taking my car to the back, a man comes out to tell me they do On 12/16/2017, I had a SCHEDULED APPT. to have my oil changed, tires rotated, etc. After taking my car to the back, a man comes out to tell me they don't have a filter for my car & nees to get it from Priority Toyota Hampton & that I would be there about 90 minutes (no problem). Well, an hour after that 90 minutes passed & still noone came to say anything to me, so I went & asked; the young lady asked the technician, who in turn said he would check to see if the filter was there. Why don't you already know 2 hours after the fact if the filter is even here; it was there, I guess it was good I got up and asked!!!! Another WHOLE HOUR LATER they finish my car; noone apologized for ANY INCONVENIENCE; I WAS THERE 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! I go to my car, no car keys, they had to look for those; I pull off and the maintenance light IS STILL ON!!!! At this point I am beyond upset & noone will answer the phone at their shop!!!! I realize this will not do any good and if I get a response it will be the same sorry one I have seen them send to others on their website to just contact the manager!!!!! More

I was anxious, nervous, scared and excited all at the same time but Korbie calmed me with his extensive knowledge and what he thought was best for me. He really worked with in my budget to help me get into a brand new car. He treated me as if I was his family, to make sure I have the best, especially if something happen to me or my car. That's what a true salesman is, not someone who is just trying to put you in any vehicle just to make a sale but someone who would look out for you as if he was looking out for his own.
