Service is just as bad...even when you have an appointment, you wait. No respect for customer's time. The employees aren't friendly or even nice, waiting areas are uncomfortable and prices are inflated. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Thinking of trading in the car just so we don't have to deal with them again. More
